We decided to give this place a try as many places aren't open on Sundays. I asked for a regular pedicure and received a polish change and when I asked why there weren't going to do the pedicure, they said, this is what I had asked for. I'll take that as a sign. Poor customer service and color selection. Also, my polish job was that of a toddler.

I love this place. I seldom have to wait to be service by Maria. She is always courteous and very professional. The music is also soothing.
Cleanliness: It's always clean and things seem to be well organized

I recently had left a good review but this time was HORRIBLE. Three of us walked
In to get manicures and i also got a pedi. During the pedi the lady clipped my skin with the toe nail clippers , asked me to put it back in the water while it was bleeding and whatever accidents happen that wasn’t even the part that made me decide to not come back. It was … while the guy doing my nails starting POKING HIS NOSE IN FRONT OF ME and wiping his boogers on the towel that my hands were laying on and then proceeding to touch my hands . I was so disgusted not only that he did that but the fact that I didn’t get up and walk away when it happened . Also my sisters nails are longer on one hand and the other are shorrter and chunky. DO NOT
COME HERE!

Made appointment for soak off and new set. Nail tec said soaking takes too long. I said I didn't want them ripped off and I was willing to pay the extra $15. She ripped them off anyway. Hurt like hell , damaged the nail beds. I could feel the acrylic burning. She didn't even clean up the over fill under the nails when she was done. Yes she was fast but that doesn't mean she was neat.
Woke up this morning and my fingers are sore. Won't go back here ever again when we are in the area!!!!!

My first visit here in September was amazing. Great pedicure by a man that didn't speak much. I've been twice more since then, to include today, and I must say the service for the Volcano pedicure was horrendous. The same man from the first two times rushed through my pedicure and failed to smooth out my nails after I asked that he clip them short. Even the cashier gave me a very strange attitude today while I paid.
After my first visit, I tipped 40 dollars. The last two, I wish I could have tipped in the negative percentile. Please do better.
