You are a beauty and make up store that should be hiring employees that empower others instead of leaving nasty comments on their posts. With your make up artist trying to bully others on the internet, I am not surprised your stores rating is less than 4.

I'm not sure what has happened to Sephora's customer service. I will start at the beginning. I placed a order on December 3 to take advantage of their 20 off 75 sale for being a VIB member. So I'm thinking this order will arrive quickly like other orders I placed. To my dismay, they used USPS as their carrier. It is now December 24 and I still haven't received the package. The last time the package was scanned was over a week ago in Atlanta which is two hours away from my home. I have tried on multiple occasions to remedy the situation. I have been in contact with well over Half a dozen customer reps. The first Sephora rep told me if the order is not here by December 22 to come back and they will issue a re-shipment or refund. OK easy enough. I come back on the 22nd talk to another rep and another rep told me to wait till the 24th, knowing that the previous rep told me the 22nd! So I come back on the 24th, this rep tells me to wait closer to the end of the day! So I wait I speak to another rep who says that They won't give me a refund or a re-shipment at all because the items are still in transit keep in mind this item was ordered three weeks ago and hasn't been seen or heard from or scan in over a week. I am not sure how a company can get away with such blatant lying. Which is what occurred. Telling a customer one thing, they're not sticking to your word is lying plain and simple.

Visited this store yesterday where my 77 year old mom was told by 2 female sales associates they would get the "color expert" to help her with eyeshadow...well he then went up to my mom to then push her off on someone else. Rude sales people! They need to learn from the Atlanta stores how to treat people.

Absolutely horrible experience! The girl knew nothing about makeup. My 12 year old knows more about makeup application. However I ignored that and became anointed when ms hammet kept trying to talk me into products that didn't even match my skin type. Then!! When I go to pay she trying to talk me into paying cash for 10 minutes even though I don't even carry cash she informs me there is an atm close by. I asked her why and she said she can pay with her discount. She said it would save me any money but I don't understand this at all. Who's she scamming!!!?? His girl is seriously up to no good. Meredith hammett your behavior is unacceptable and I will never visit this location again. I called the manager but was unable to get in touch. Horrible experience and the store was not sanitary at all! Never again.

They can improve on their attitude and try being more helpful to their customers, instead of staring and watching them as if you're a criminal. I didn't have a problem spending my $425 at Ulta Beauty. Will never step foot in this store ever again.

Went there to buy a product that is no longer stocked. They immediately got on their website to see if it was still available and to my dismay the color I wanted was no longer available. They did have another color which I liked so they ordered it for me and waived shipping since it wasn't in the store. They have a very happy customer! Their use of electronics is freakishly efficient and I can see why some people may feel uncomfortable about it, but my experience was enhanced and executed more efficiently because of it. For the record, I am a 68 year old female.

We were visiting for Christmas and our daughter attempted to use an IT cosmetics eyebrow product while dressing for an evening event. Unfortunately as she opened the brand new applicator and eyebrow color product literally fell out and down the hotel drain epic fail....since our daughter is loyal Sephora customer easily verifiable account we went to Augusta Sephora for replacement of defective product. She was treated very rudely almost accusatory by we believe a manager who actually asked if she had removed product from the applicator? Guess they must have sketchy local clients not sure. She begrudgingly replaced product "just this one time ". Sephora has now lost two customers due to poor attitude. Maybe that explains why on the day after Christmas at 10 am they had zero other customers..!

My girls love this store and I can always find great gifts. This store has some great products, but you definitely pay for it. Every time I visit I get great service and they always seem to keep a good stock of products.

Buyers Beware: The two stars for this location is mostly for their customer service because as far as merchandise goes it's the same as every other Sephora out there. My wife bought me the men's cologne sample pack, at the end of which you pick your favorite cologne, and you get a bottle of the one you choose. Most of the colognes smelled pretty good, the spice bomb stunk so bad that when I sprayed it on my shirt I immediately took my shirt off and threw it in the trash, didn't even try washing it first, just threw it away. But the Invictus was amazing so that's the one I chose. When I went to get my bottle of Invictus Aqua I was informed they don't carry that cologne. So they sold a sample pack full of lies and empty promises. I asked if I could get just the standard Invictus instead since they don't carry the one in the sample pack. The manager said she'd find out and let me know. She did not let me know. I called once a week for over three months asking and was given the shoulder shrug. Finally after a few months I threw a fit and they finally acquiesced. So if you go to this location, think carefully before making a deal with them, and if you do, make sure to have some lawyer talk ready for when they don't hold up their end. Something to the effect of, "I'm not asking for an upgrade, I'm merely asking for you to make a dispensation due to the fact that you can't fulfill the obligation you placed upon yourself when entering into the transactional agreement." Using big words and sentences usually works at places like this when you're trying to get your way.

They stopped making my favorite BB so I wanted a sample to try another, but they refused and said I should buy it instead and return it if I didn't like it. Well, the time limit on returns is very short these days, so when I was finally able to make it back to return the stuff they wouldn't take it! This is precisely why I wanted to try it first.
