Savvy Home is a great place to visit and enjoy, the associates are very helpful. I purchased a gem of a piece, and didn't realize it. Very fortunate to have businesses like this locally.

The only reason why I’m giving it 1 star is some of the items are actually nice. However I experienced the WORST customer service. I visited the store on 22NOV22 at 4:30PM. I was there until almost 5. The lady who works there was on her phone the entire time I was in the the store. Was she talking to a customer you might ask? Absolutely not because I could hear every word of her personal conversation. She did not acknowledge my existence not once. She did not look in my direction wave or anything. She even walked by me and still nothing. I walked by her on the way out, again no acknowledgement whatsoever! Was she just RUDE or was it a racial thing? Who knows. Either way, it was the poorest display of customer service I’ve seen in quite some time. I won’t be returning and I won’t be recommending this place to others either. I’ll stick to my usual consignment and antique shops. Costumer service goes a long way.

I bought a couch from here and the lady gave me a couple of names they use Brent tore my cushions from the couch along with putting grease on it! He told me that he had a lady that might be able to fix it and now he keeps putting me off and the owner Greg won't return a call either I didn't buy a couch torn with 2 cushions torn away from the back of the couch and just want to resolve this issue! So I won't be shopping here again and won't recommend it either
