Customer service experiences are often poor, with reports of extremely rude and snobby employees and confusing interactions with demonstrators. Inventory can be unreliable, with certain items frequently out of stock and some products not available for a long time. To avoid lines, using the mobile app for payment or the curbside service is recommended. While the location is convenient, parking is ample, and the store is clean, the inconsistent service and inventory issues mean it is not always a guaranteed success for shopping needs. Some customers express frustration, stating they will not return for specific supplies, though they might stop in for other household items if in the area.
This never has rotisserie chickens after 3pm for those of us that work and try to feed our children it's a hassle

I truly love sams club but there is some problems with it. Firstly, they never have enough checkout cashiers available. Every time I go in, the lines are reaching the aisles. Secondly, employees are extremely rude and snobby.
