Thank you Salvation Army. I am a Veteran Graduate Student in a tough spot. There for me and there for you too.

Everyone, from employees to patrons, is extremely nice. Would that the macrocosm mirrored this microcosm.

Service it's not much of use very useful information always about themselves they only help homeless people because all the people and organizations that they accept donations from and the people out here that are giving them cash money checks or even cash app they take advantage of the homeless and they're taking advantage of all the donations that they receive and slowly pocketing all the valuable donations ask for anything like money the employees and the director of the salvation army and fire pockets 80% of the donations they're not out here to help the homeless if the donators I quit donating this is supposed to be a non-profit organization they do not treat the people with respect how to treat them like they are little children like adolescents people they're very favoritism they have certain ones that's in the environment that tries to run over people they come in at a certain time they are some good things that on rival that they do is an excellent idea breathalyzer mandatory that's a good idea once you were in you're not allowed to step outside if so you have to leave the property if it's non-profit organization what impact extend the time frame like for example during the winter time it's very cold early in the morning after church service the people who are forced to exit the building this time is 7:30 a.m around 3ish they only have certain amount of space very limited of space damn facts should be able to extend the time allowing people to continue stand in the warmth building it should be programmed to help everyone a non-profit organization is for helping people allowing people to donate anything then take the donations and put them out for sale trying to make a profit off of the donations they should be handed out to the ones in need this place I had a bad experience and I really saw deep down inside how awful these peopleand they only let you know what they want you to know and they all put up a big give me

Worst customer service ever she didn't even know why I was there. Just assumed I was less fortunate and when I checked her she looked so shock. Needs much better workers all of their attitudes were NASTY.

Laura Jones of the Augusta Ga donation center was very rude! She is not a pleasant person but a manager? I wanted to donate a couch/coffee table/tv stand all in good condition she let me know I needed to have my belongings outside on the curb, one I live in an apartment complex, if I’m going to do that I may as well drive it myself. Secondly I am a single woman there is no way I can move a couch by myself. Why do you have TWO male drivers? If it’s the pandemic why not wear masks? People in the community need these items and y’all do the bare minimum to get them!

I was provided with a safe bed and room. The staff blessed me that night. And I appreciate their kindness. If you need help (and your not the most hated person in Augusta right now, like I am) then you can expect a sanctuary.

Frustrated. Was hoping to speak with a live person, but at the time (pandemic) no one was onsite to help (by appointment only).
