The process was quick and easy, once I picked my tires it took maybe 2 hours to get them installed. Everything is explained thoroughly at the end of the process ... Highly recommend RNR

Beware!!! I took my car here 3 times to have the wheels balanced. The 3rd time they almost had it perfect so I decided to live with it. Well I got a nail in a tire and they had to replace the tire. I get the wheel back and it has more than 20 weights on it and my steering wheel is hopping back and forth very aggressively. Literally no point in trying to go back. Save your self a headache and use any other company. They don’t care about quality of work and just try to turn out as much business as possible.

I called in and talked to manager about getting tires for my car he asked could I come in first thing Wednesday morning I got there 9am gave them all my information explained to them I had to go to work ...my car didn't even move from 9am til around 11:30-11:45 it was something til 1 when I had to go back and explain im already gonna be late for work which I and written up. This the second time this has happened with R&R on Washington rd...NEVER AGAIN!! PLEASE DON'T TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN !! YOU OR SOMEONE ALREADY REMOVED 2 REVIEWS ALREADY I'VE POSTED ! WILL REPORT !

Customer service was amazing . Gene helped me get 4 brand new tires for my car. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I would refer anyone who doesn’t have the funds for 4 tires upfront. Thanks again. I’m no longer stressing about flat tires or blow outs

RNR was amazing! The staff were very friendly, understanding and patient! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND $20 down today could have you leaving with 4 brand new tires . Forget the other reviews , come check it out for yourselves you won't be disappointed!!! Ask for Robert!
