Do not get a passport photo here. The employee couldn't get the photos to load on the computer and "didn't have time for us to fix it". Terrible customer service and it was obvious the employee didn't know what they were doing.

Called the pharmacy to see if my medication was ready that my doctor sent over from Prompt Care my appointment with Prompt Care was at 10 AM that morning after that appointment the doctor sent it over to WalGreens on Wheeler Road. They never contacted me to let me know it was ready, I called at 7:45 and stayed on the phone and they kept saying I had three calls ahead of me. I record it the time and the recording while waiting with another phone and was on the phone until 10 o’clock. No one ever came to assist me at all being said I needed to start my medication‘s been treated with the flu and then when I went there the next following day, the pharmacist said that she still hadn’t filled the prescription, and that one of her workers that left and went home and she was by herself, and they had closed down the drive-through horrible service. I’m still waiting on another prescription from seeing the doctor on yesterday and waiting on another prescription and still having the same issue. I need my medication so the healing process can start all I want to know is why I will be contacting TRICARE Humana and changing my pharmacist to someone else. This is ridiculous I just can’t.

The pharmacy cashiers are always rude. In the front of the store it can go either way but the pharmacy cashiers need a prescription for a chill pill.

Spent 40 minutes on the phone while continuing to do my work. After 40 minutes on hold to ask a simple question, they dropped the call. Not very good customer service from the pharmacy. I’ll go elsewhere.

Came here with my 5 year old son, early in the morning at around 745-8 am and grabbed some snacks. My son was holding his snacks and when we got to checkout, he did not want to give them to me so she could scan them. My son has autism and is speech delayed, he did not want to let go of the snacks and I was struggling to get him to give them to me while there was another person behind us in line. Jasmine who was working at the register, intervened to help make the situation less stressful and just scanned items that were the same twice and had me grab another item near by that was the same price as the other item my son had. She was so sweet and so helpful!! I appreciate people like Jasmine who don’t judge and instead try to help! Thank you so much! You are a rarity in this world. ♥️

My most stressful experience working with a pharmacy. They sold me a defective medication and there’s no one willing to help me get another refill. My Script is never ready in time and when you get there everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Called for prescription status they forgot to order my medicine. I’m just over this pharmacy I would rather to drive an extra 10 minutes to wrightboro rd.

The most unprofessional pharmacy I've been to. I've been put on hold 3 times for the past 30 minutes, the techs are incredibly rude. No wonder why they such low ratings. Transfer your prescription and save yourself time. I will be calling corporate in the morning. This has happened far too many times. Be careful who's prescription you get by mistake bc they make careless choices that could cost someone a lot of damage.

Sure see why they have such awful rating. Was automatically switched over from Kroger when it closed... Will definitely switch to Kroger on Columbia Rd. Walgreen on wheeler and wrightsboro nothing but multiple trips and phone calls to get your meds. Have to wait 3 days on this one.

Trying to speak to a human over the phone is impossible. The automated system holds you hostage with slow speech and unhelpful notices. Once a phone rings you will be immediately placed on an endless hold.

I chose this Walgreens out of all of them to take my family of four to get our Covid Boosters and Flu shot.... Worst Mistake ever!!! I made appointments starting at 7 pm on Friday but didn't get first shot til 7:50 in my youngest daughter arm. Their employees complained of working late... one was supposed to get off at 5 but was still there and another at 7:30 but was still there. I feel like we were rushed through when it came to the girl administering our shots. She gave Covid in one arm and Flu in the other so fast that the medicine was running from the site. She slapped the bandaid on way below and totally missed my daughter's injection site and was putting the W bandaids on upside down (I should have known then she didn't take pride in her work) . Each of my kids had big swollen circles around the injection sites. I took my bandaid off to find a nice sized blister (bubble) that the sticky part of the bandaid had been covering up. Which made me get on the phone to call the pharmacy and finally complain. He didn't sound to apologetic at first til I broke it ALL the way down that I was gonna do a review!! I told him he needed to speak with the girl that did our vaccines so this doesn't happen to the next unsuspecting family or individual. Needless to say we won't ever be back!!

We visited this location today 8/28/22 & the young lady who assisted us was so kind & helpful. Its been a long time since we've experienced such outstanding customer service. She is the epitome of what customer service SHOULD be & she deserves to be rewarded. I can't remember her name but I looked at her name tag & it has 4 letters. I wish I could remember. Please give this young lady a raise!!

So when I first came to get my medicine at the pharmacy in this walgreens Doctor Twan didn't even really try to help me to bring price down on my medicine and just was no help, I can honestly say Kyle came to help me once I came back to get my medicine, he is awesome and definitely deserves to be paid more or rewarded for his great work.
