Pat Richards was awesome! I was hit and the whole rear door on my SUV had to be replaced. He ordered the parts and had them in hand at the shop before I even dropped off my vehicle. Then he had the work done in less than 48 hours! He helped me out with pickup/drop off of my ERAC rental and even helped me swap over the kid's car seats. Very bad service, my fiancé kept getting harassed because she was pointing out things on the car that were not fixed,and the insurance had paid for them to get fixed,I had to get out of my job and go there in person so they could finally do the repairs, Very unprofessional by them taking advantage of dealing with women

Took my car (kia optima) here after a deer hit it and I just got my car back today. I can say I'm satisfied with the work that was done. My car look brand new. The owner was very helpful and generous. He provided nice clean work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

I brought my SUV in to fix damage on my side door and running board. The owner was friendly, inviting and efficient. I was given an estimate for the damages immediately and I got right on their schedule for services. The car was completed timely, looked amazing, and the actual cost was less than the estimate. I was so impressed I left my truck there for minor body work when I picked up the SUV. Great service paired with great people. I would recommend this shop!

Hit a deer with my Chevy cruze Friday night. Only had the car 14 months now. Richards Body works completely eliminated the body damage and made the car appear brand new again within 3 days. he's got my business.

Pat Richards is a kind, honest man, who takes pride in his work. He came highly recommended to me by a first responder at my accident. He stayed in touch with me on a regular basis while my car was being fixed, which was so helpful during a stressful time. His body shop did a beautiful job and offered a warranty for my ownership of the car.
