We had a great experience using PODS. Communication was excellent, care was given during deliveries and pick ups, and our belongings arrived in great shape. Will absolutely use PODS again!

The drop off and pick up was a great experience. The guys knew what they were doing and did it so eloquently and expeditiously. The Pods is a great thing and reserving it was so simple. Great customer care! Ivan picked it up, can't remember my drop off guys name but both were fantastic and friendly. The texting was helpful, the phone calls with a human were helpful, I'll definitely use this program again! Saved a ton of money!

Worst decision ever! Billing completely messed up. Shipped one container and not the other then lied about it. Said they discounted then over billed me $800. Container 1 drop off the man shook the container and damaged all furniture in the container. Awful customer service with 30-45 minute holds

The driver (Cole) was incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs for the placement of our 3 pods and the pick up schedule we are having to work with. I highly recommend Pods as a personal moving resource.

Ivan (team Augusta). When out of his way to assist me when he delivered the pod. The items in the pod had shifted and without his assistance I would not had been able to open it. His mannerism and personality was very professional.
