These guys have been really good to me after I purchased a used vehicle that ended up needing more work than I anticipated. They gave me a good deal and have been upfront and honest with me. I am a mail carrier using my own vehicle. Every time I bring it in for a tire problem, they get me back on the road again. They have always been professional and friendly.

Melissa is awesome and always willing to go out of her way to make sure that customers are well taken care of.
Also, "A note to corporate" need to do some investing in some water-cooled shop fans for the shop and an ice maker so they all have ice on hand for the staff during summer months.
If you take care of your staff they will take care of you.

Since moving to Augusta, we've only come to NTB on Washington Rd. Our Prius had a bad month, and Melissa and Patty were there to take care of us. They are very kind and the service was great. Definitely recommend this shop.
