Super nice but they NEED MORE than 2 tellers. Spent over half hour in line..twice!

It is unacceptable to have 2 tellers open on a Friday afternoon. I am standing in line with 14 people, I just counted. It is like this every time I have to come into this branch. There are at least 3 employees walking around. No reason for this.

This branch is as slow as molasses. When you have over 20 customers in line and only two associates helping them at the beginning of the month at 9am, that is poor management.
