Mark and Bob were extremely helpful in trying to address the issues with my daughter's car there in Augusta. We did not move forward with the transmission fix because the cost was unjustified for a 10-year old car but they were very professional and helpful. If I ever have a need for their services in the future I would certainly go back to them and highly recommend them to others based on my experience.

Don't let this place do your transmission work! I spent over $4k to have my transmission rebuilt and they only gave a 6 month warranty. Now here I am about 9 months later and my transmission is slipping.

Upfront, I did not have them work on my vehicle. I had my truck towed to their shop, but decided to tow it back (180 miles) to have it worked on by the mechanic who's taken care of my vehicles for years. What I do want to express is how nice, decent and honest these guys were. It's very seldom I deal with a shop that shows me the level of professionalism that they did. If I lived in Augusta, I would have no reservations taken work to them. Mark was super nice and I really appreciate it.

I took my van there because it was having a weird jerk. Long story short, they couldn’t truly figure out the problem (if there even was a problem). They told me what they recommended I do and they even offered to have me drive it to show them the problem I was speaking of. They told me they wouldn’t charge me and if the problem worsened after their recommendation come back and they would look at it again. I always hear stories about how they get uncharged going to shops but it seemed as if they cared more about my concerns than my wallet. I will definitely come back for any more issues.

3 days back from deployment, on my way back home for R&R leave my 2017 Silverado started to have some serious transmission problems. Mr. Transmission was the only shop in town that could get me in quickly, the others shops would’ve had me waiting 2+ weeks. Within a week of dropping it off, my truck was good-to-go. Friendly customer service and also honest hardworking people when it comes to transmission problems. Definitely skilled at what they do and highly recommend !Services: Transmission

I called to get a quote on a Toyota Camry 2012 transmission, A guy answered the phone and asked what is the car doing. I told him the car is not moving in any gear. It will go into gear for a few seconds but when the engine warms it want change or go into gear or drive at all. He says you will have to bring it to me so I can look at it before I can give you a quote. I might be a woman but I happen to know you just need the vin number to price transmission. Plus what you want me to do tow the car over there just to get a quote. Wow I miss Charlotte can’t wait to go home. Do better Mr. Transmission Augusta Ga.

It is extremely rare in the auto repair biz to find someone as friendly,helpful and HONEST as Bobby...the Mgr. Having been in the car biz from the sales side as well as having a company car for many yrs, my exposure is quite extensive.
