They came out and put my bed together flawlessly! It was so nice not to have to deal with the hassle of it. I would use them again gladly and recommend any of my friends to use them next time they have a project they can't tackle themselves. Mr. Third Party is a lifesaver!

I am the office manager for Coleman Worldwide Moving. I want to give 5 stars to Mr. Third Party, they have done 3rd Party services for us for over 10 years now. Their personnel from the office and scheduling to the crews out in the field all do excellent work, no matter how big or small the job may be.. They are professional, and top quality. I would and have recommended them to everyone in need of a 3rd party services.

We had a military move and the movers damaged our walls and floor. The moving company sent a Mr. Third Party worker to repair the damage. The damage was fairly simple...the walls were scratched and the wood stairs were chipped. The worker arrived Monday morning and said he would be back once the paint dried. I called the moving company on Wednesday because we never heard back from the worker. Mr. Third Party said I needed to make another appointment to have him come back. I protested and they sent the worker back out that day. The worker mismatched the paint on the walls and failed to fill in some of the scratches. It wasn't worth going through the process of having him come back. My father re-did everything and all is well. If you have to pay for this company's service...DON'T! If you have a choice...DON'T choose them!!!!!

I did not hire Mr. Third Party Services, as MSS Relocation (working through United Van Lines & Suddath) contracted this firm to reassemble my pool table. Their name should be Mr. THEFT Services as I strongly suspect that one of their employees stole my Rolex watch since we caught him coming out of the bedroom, where he had no business being and where the watch was stored in a watch winder in the closet. No one else, other than the policeman, was in our house that day that the watch went missing. Mr. Third Party totally "blew off" my calls about the theft and, so far, MSS Relocation and United/Suddath have done nothing and communicated very little with me regarding this theft. I would NOT recommend any of these companies, certainly not Mr. Third Party Services - worst customer service ever!! I guess that I will now have to get a lawyer and/or PI involved.

Kathy is a terrible and very unprofessional person. Her customer service and phone etiquette is -0. I am very fair when it comes to rating quality services but it if I could give this company a -0 I would in a heartbeat because of her. She was very rude on yesterday and was very rude today. My husband and I called because the workers was late for over an hour and a half and still is as I’m typing this post. She got very offended started to yell and even hung the phone up in my husband face as he asked to speak with a manager regarding her behavior and the workers tardiness. The driver is all packed up and ready to head out but can’t because the craters still didn’t show up in time. There was no courtesy call etc. Being military time is of an essence with this movement and quite frankly we don’t have time to deal with unprofessional people and poor quality of service. I would recommend no military family to use this company as long as she’s still there. I recommend they give her some training on professionalism, etiquette, customer service etc for the betterment of this company.

Fast and very helpful service... From washer hookups to hanging tvs.. Or even moving entire house... These are the people to call... Great attitudes and guaranteed satisfaction with anything you need done.. No job too big or too small.. Did I mention they will even pack your house... I could go on and on.. I will definitely be using these guys again when ever needed... Thank y'all... Best in the CSRA!!! EVERYTHING DEALING WITH MOVING!!!
