These people were rude as hell. Would not help. Did not acknowledge patients waiting. Literally sat with the door to the waiting area open, in full view, on their phones.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the girl who worked there as a stocker with dreads she was so sweet and treated me like a human to help get contraceptives. They didn't have any in stock so she actually went above and beyond to find one in stock didn't catch her name. However this review is sadly shortened by the gentleman in the store who for obvious reasons didn't catch his name who was extremely rude to me and just gave me eyes like he wanted to fight me caught me on a good day lucky for him that he didn't get dropped. Y'all really need to reprimand him before trouble finds him. Lucky for him it wasn't me. And for the sake of not getting his name he was the only black stocker/cashier I seen working their didn't get his name so for reasons to id him that's really the only description I got! Stay away! Unless it's unavoidable..

Received excellent care and medical advice every time (three times in past 6 months) I have visited CVS MinuteClinic at 2703 Washington Road, Augusta, GA. Nurse Practitioner Elise Polania, DNP, is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with the prescriptions I needed.

I live in Texas and we had to go to Georgia for my daughter's surgery. She had major surgery and the surgery center sent out the medication before she was out of the hospital. Yet when we arrived the Pharmacy did not have the medication read and were rude and disrespectful. Upon further talking I found out that they are always like this. So this is the Pharmacy Manager and the Store Manager. I am not a favorite of rude customer service. The service is so bad that I had to write this review and I am trying to file a complaint with the District Manager.Concerned ParentRegina

Pharmacy - There ability to communicate is horrid. Drop a prescription off 24 hrs ago, called to get a status and am told they need verification from doc. Why has no one from the pharmacy reached out to me to inform me?? Happy to take my business elsewhere!

The CVS pharmacy is located in The Fresh Market square, on Washington Road across from the Augusta National. The CVS pharmacy has plenty of available parking spots. I set up an appointment to see the pharmacist and set up my pickup time through the website within the hour.Even after an appointment, expect a bit of a delay as many CVS pharmacies are understaffed and try to accommodate as many walk-ups as they can. I highly recommend making an appointment for any visit.Pro-tip: If the pharmacist asks you to wait around before leaving or doing an activity. There is a comic-book store located in the same square. I would recommend passing the time at the comic-book store as opposed to waiting at the CVS.
