BLUF: I Do Not Recommend Milton Ruben Chevrolet. I Took my car to Milton Ruben Chevrolet where I bought it from. The technician said they do not have the service equipment needed and they would take it to Nissan on Monday or I could take it to Nissan. $178.00 for a diagnostic. Engine Malfunction warning and other warning lights were on when I cranked up the vehicle.

I bought my Wrangler here last year. Took it in for a steering issue. Kyle Keaton handled the repair and was amazing. He kept me very informed and had me in and out a lot faster than was originally expected.

I went in today to get a routine oil change and I had specifically asked for a tire rotation. When I went back to pick my car up I found out that they had added a balance on my tires that I never asked for nor needed. It was not a cheap added service and I respectfully asked them to explain this to me when I never asked for a balance. The lady at the service desk goes to talk to her manager and I heard them talking about how much I owed today and then, what I suppose was the supervisor, made a comment on how I was simply too broke to pay for the balance that they added to my service. The service department does not know customer service or how to keep their conversations about clients in private. The salesman are amazing but I highly do not recommend the service department.

I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu from here back in January. I did this because the majority of my family drives Chevrolet and they love them not to mention my grandfather worked for GMC for over 20 years. when I purchased the car I had to wait for it to come in which I was fine with. once I got it; within a month, the driver door became unaligned. I took it in and they luckily provided me with a rental for a few weeks. Since then the door has done the same thing AND I keep getting a check engine light. I scheduled an appointment and was advised to bring my car in and they'll get it looked at so I scheduled an oil change as well. Once I get here, I'm advised that it will take at least 24 hours for a diagnostic test. I am livid because that is something I feel should have been advised when I scheduled. I was highly considering trading my vehicle in for a Blazer but after these issues as well as others; I think I'll go elsewhere

Was told it would take 24 hours for a diagnosis of my check engine light. I called them 48 hours after not hearing anything. I was on hold for 15 minutes because the could not locate me in their system and had no record of my vehicle being there. And since I couldn’t find it anywhere, for those wondering their fee to check what the problem is, is $180

so their sales team is and has been great this review is of the service department only. we had great experience with them in the past but recently we have been having issues. so first off I have a diesel truck and know they currently only have one diesel mechanic.But I took in my truck to get a recall done for a short in the heater block and asked to have a check engine light checked that I have asked to have checked every time I have taken it in since it came on a year ago as of today after just getting it serviced. when I got the truck back after leaving it there on a Wednesday and picking it up on Friday first they didn't do anything with the check engine light (ok could be a number of reasons and not a huge deal. mind you I'm also a disabled veteran with a lot of physical issues and do know quite a bit about vehicles and electricity.) second after I got it home and the first time I had let the truck sit for over an hour without turning it on and driving it I had to jump it to start it and the whole week after I have been spending every day sometime trying to do what I can to trouble the issue and figure out what was causing it. first things I found where some battery covers missing that protect some terminals ,nuts missing, and other issues that some I can say may not have been them but the battery covers and nuts I know was them due to the fact I know they were on there before I taken it in. I have also had the batteries both tested and neither are bad and now am going to have to find another diesel mechanic to take it to in order to get it fixed. also every time I talk to someone in charge of the service department recently about issues they say it will get fixed or they will make sure it gets looked at and it never does.I have and do give some leeway but it seems like it is doing nothing other than making my truck worse and I prepaid for my service and understand I may and do still have to pay for certain things when I take it in. I have need of this truck and when I ask to get something looked at or fixed I would expect that and not to be missing things and nothing get done when I ask for those to get fixed. what ever they need to do to fix their issue needs to be done and I say one is hire another diesel mechanic and possibly pay the one they have more. at this point I am not sure I will still be using them anymore for anything.

They've literally had my truck since Saturday, it's Thursday now. Admittedly I didn't have an appointment bc my truck broke down and I had it towed there but I've called them several times (four) myself, I have had zero returned calls. Still no diagnostics or even a call after nearly a week. Maybe they'll surprise me in the next day or so but I'm more than a little concerned, and would recommend finding another dealership.

This is where I bought my Vehicle and will buy the next one at Milton Ruben also I just had them to try and help me with my XM Radio but they were unable to repair it. But I love all of the staff.!

This place is a joke! I will never spend another dollar here. I'd rather drive 2 hours to Atlanta than deal with this place again. Never again!

They put a new engine in last year. I was told the mechanic didnt put in oil or whatever for the test drive so blew that engine, They put in another engine and 15 months later its leaking in multiple places, `but its not covered under their warranty. I have no confidence in their integrity, honesty or competance. Notice how most of the reviews are 1 star or 5 stars? Hmmm

My car was liking oil and took it to fix they overcharged and didn't fix the problem. Took it back again to overcharged and still giving problems. This is just a scam of a business they know what their doing to get the money off of you. Do not go to this place. You will regret it. They are scammers with horrible mechanics. Don't care about the length of the vehicle being there. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. If I could give zero stars I would.

I had an appointment for service on my truck at 1:00. I arrived about 15 minutes early. It is now after 3:00! Over two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation? Really? By comparison, I took my wife's car for service at Gerald Jones Mazda last month and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am thankful that I only have two more services left on my contract so I can go elsewhere...
