Don't deal with this company at all I have been with them since 2011 and I spoke with a representative about not getting text messages on my less than 1 year old phone and they suggested me to get a new phone,I wrote down everything me and the rep discussed and he assured me my phone would be shipped out in 2 to 4 business day of course I was without a phone and couldn't receive messages,and then I get home from work they phone I paid for wasn't even close to what they was supposed to send me.i don't recommend this company at all
