Every time I've gone in therethey have very good customer service and you don't have to wait a long time but I always try to get there when they open...Really nice people that know what they're doing so far it seems so good. ??

It was time to upgrade my phone to the latest version. They had what I needed in stock which was great. They were very helpful and quick. Great customer service at this location. I'll be back.

Walked into the store music was blaring and the lady states she was the store manager but didn't know the corporate number. She also told me she could switch over my phone but would not guarantee it will work for $15. I found the customer service number and obtained the corporate number and the switched over my phone for free. Worst experience I've gotten should've stayed with Verizon
