Me and My Nephew came in to pay our bill and this worker did not take us. He took another client and then got upset because I asked him to take us first. It is not professional in this place at all! I recommend that no one goes there..I thinks the worker was prejudice! Just disgusting metro pcs

If I could give this zero Stars I would..its the absolute worst place to go in Augusta Georgia whoever owns this place needs to fire everyone in there if they want to stay in business. nothing but rude people who think they got a little bit of power ?? walked in ready to spend $400 but because of their employees I turned around and walked out and went down the road to AT&t haven't I need the switch yet but definitely about to drop all four lines that I have with them ... It's sad

Ask for jay, he tried he’s best to help with my port in situation from AT&T we stayed on the phone with customer service for an hour to get it done. And gave me a discount on a case.
