Store manager didn’t want to help me at all saying my phone was broke, been there for an hour. Had to go to another store to turn phone on and it took less than 5 minutes.

This provider has surely disappointed me in more ways than not one not two but TOO many ways...At least when the previous owners were in charge things got resolved in a decent time... even though they shouldn't have occurred..I have been patient and have endured the most unprofessional techniques of "troubleshooting" for lack of a better term than anyone should endure ...Especially after leaving my previous carrier years ago only because of bogus promos and advertising that still haven't come to fruition.⚠️ Although they offer you a service to report your phone lost with a temporary suspension (just in case) They took 4 days to UNLOCK my device because NOBODY knows how to do it...(SMH)It has caused a trickle down effect from not just communicating with loved ones but my job, finances, bill pay, voting and participating at the polls....Not to mention going to 3 different locations to get it resolved....and countless precious hours speaking to 800 customer service reps .Eventually feeling as if I needed to go to Urgent Care because of my blood pressure.I literally cried in the Gordon Hwy location, and speaking to them on the phone. TwiceIn my opinion they aren't worth the stress , money, overcharges, and time it takes to just have a smoothe cell phone experience.And how they tried to compensate me for all these days of no service with all I endured is appalling, insulting and despicable.?????????? NO STARS

Kudos to the two young ladies that rescued me today! I took my phone in frantic because I had accidentally put it in Talk Assistant mode and couldn't get into it at all. Those ladies expertly and quickly fixed the problem, told me how I caused it and changed the settings to prevent it from happening again. They did all of that without asking if I had an account or bought the phone there, they just immediately saved my day!

Stay away. I went because my phone was breaking up during calls like I was in the backwoods of Alabama. I told the representative this as well and instead of her even trying to look at my phone.... She immediately said, " Oh the speaker phone broke, that happens when you drop your phone too much."1. I don't really drop my phone. 2. My phone was in the case.So today which is 4 days from this incident I went to T-Mobile and told the representative the same thing and she basically told me service is kind of janky because of the new 5G towers.... Why couldn't the representatives at metro on Fort Gordon HWY tell me this... I'll tell you why, they are just out to get the dollaz.

This lady working here on wendnesday morning on 3/4/2020 was rude and un pro i walk in to upgrade and buy a phone and she basically tells me to leave the store and give her 10 minutes to wake up will never return here again very rude.
