I called the number was disconnected. Drove by on the way to somewhere else and the storefront looked abandoned. This business needs to be updated to closed.

They messed up when I paid my bill, accredited it to someone else's account, but they fixed it for me and waved the $4 fee. Thanks for the help! Nice people all around, even customer service was wonderful.

This place is amazing highly recommend Sandra when going in to get a new phone or anything. I dont really recommend getting the Samsung a12 for the simply fact u have to use certain headphones or Bluetooth

Natasha my representative is always aiming to please. Absolutely GREAT customer service and my experience every single time I enter the store(southgate plaza) pleasing. I'm always welcomed with a smile,I always leave understanding with knowledge about the products I purchased. I know that I can shop at any metro store, but natasha and her team in southgate plaza does an amazing job. Thank you for AMAZING GREAT customer service???
