I was kinda intimidated by the place but I couldn’t find anyone else to do a for wheel alignment on my gla 250. I walked in there looking like a straight up hobo and they didn’t even hesitate to help me with whatever I needed. Very professional and when my alignment was done they told me they were washing my car, I was like “that gonna cost me extra?” Dude said no and that it was complimentary. Really appreciated it all

For the last 2 weeks I have been working with Brandon Safford to locate a certain car that I wanted. The GLC Coup with all the features I wanted was hard to locate but Brandon went beyond the call of duty to locate the car. After an exhausted search the car was found and Brandon was wonderful to work with, he kept me informed through the entire process. Thank you Brandon for your excellent and hard work in finding the car I wanted. Brandon is a true asset to Mercedes Benz of Augusta and I appreciate all that he did for me.

My experience at Mercedes -Benz of Augusta , the service manager was very courteous. However I was told my car washed and vacuumed ,it was washed but wasn't vacuumed . I was disappointed in that area . The amount of money you spend your car should be cleaned as they said it would be.

I had an issue with 2 of my tires registering the pressure as "Low", with one well below critical, indicating critical. I was advised to "come in right away, because there might be something in the tire causing the loss of pressure." Though it took a long while, I was impressed with the diligence in discovering the issue and continuous updates. The two tires indicating low pressure were BOTH replaced, instead of just the one with the critical issue. That was the Piece De Resistance of that visit, and made the wait worth it.
