“This was my first time in this store to get some Nike blazer for my daughter. I was greeted by the manager Shawn. They did however have the shoe I wanted but the manager said he would drive to Columbia and bring them to the Augusta store for me since I needed them for a event on Saturday. Columbia stores did not have them either but I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me and show great customer service. I just wanted to go in and check it out.Maria greeted us and was very helpful, friendly, and just very nice.I must say we literally had the poor girl running, never gave us any inclination that we were bothering her.After we picked everything out, she rang us upand that’s when my credit card was declined!She ran it thru again, DECLINED!There was no possible way that my card was declined!I was so embarrassed!!!I paid cash and apologized.We left the store on the phone with the credit card company and ended up getting everything worked out.Went back to our hotel, and this sweet lady text me asking if everything was ok.I must say that no one has ever done anything like that before!Maria definitely went above and beyond!!!!Thank you Maria!!!!!!”
