The right-sided earcup hinge of my Sony WH-1000XM4 noise cancelling headphones suddenly popped out and cracked leaving me hanging (pun intended ... lol). I took it to Mr. McMahon and he ordered the replacement part that same day and had it fixed within a week. And he did it for a reasonable price. He is so knowledgeable about electronics and incredibly fun to talk to. I know who to call when I have a problem with my electronics!

Repaired my turntable quickly and was very reasonably priced. He even went the extra mile and repaired an additional issue on the turntable that I wasn’t aware of. Great service. He explained what the issue was and the background of how it works. Highly recommend.

I called Tom McMahon to see if he could fix a 10 yr old plasma that had its hdmi port burnt by lightning.He took the time to look up my TV and called me right back.Although he could not get the parts due to its age, he gave me a work around by telling me about an adapter that would convert the hdmi to the set of jacks on the TV designed for older configurations. Twenty bucks on eBay.Great guy and great advice - totally above and beyond. Thanks, I love my old plasma.

TV wouldn't turn on and he figured out that is was too low of power on the USB port we were using to power our Roku stick. He had the TV for about two days and it's ready for pick up. He is giving a one-year warranty on his work to up the amps to ensure the motherboard didn't fail out again with the Roku stick.
