Blown away by the Amazing service I received from an Employee named Kenya. He was so professional and friendly. Lowe’s needs more employees like him, especially at this location! I will definitely be back!

If I had the opportunity to give less than one star I would. Ordered a fridge and a dishwasher. This was the worst process I’ve ever done. I wouldn’t recommend Lowe’s to anyone. I got a 10 minute notice on the delivery. I had to scramble to have someone at my house to deal with it. When I asked why I was not appropriately given a timeline, the delivery employee said “those things never mean the real drop-off time.” They were told to drop off the dishwasher and set up the fridge. The dishwasher was dropped off without the water line or the bracket that was required for it. The installers then had to come back on separate day to install the dishwasher. The installer was still unable to install the dishwasher because a plumber needed to change the valve that my house had. Went back to Lowe’s and explained this situation. The Lowe’s employee was not aware of this situation and seemed just as surprised as I was. No fault to him. I was given a refund for the install and the haul away. Lowe’s then insisted that I just make the plumber install the dishwasher and not have the installer come back. I’ve had it with this company. Do yourself a favor and find appliances elsewhere. Or just throw your money straight into a fire if you want to buy appliances from Lowe’s.

Tim was a great help getting everything we needed from the kitchen appliances to the ceiling fans and title for the bath room showers and faucets, door hardware for our new home build. He's probably there best asset at the Bobby Jones Expressway Store. Thanks again Tim for your help.

Disappointed with customer service and response. We own a business and shop regularly there. Last Saturday they asked us to start wrapping up 15 minutes before they were closing the store! In addition, we have a GATE card that they didn’t know how to apply(and didn’t want to bother with). Although we had gone through the process of adding it to our account weeks prior. They were very hurried and unfriendly. It was clear they just wanted to wrap up the day and close.Will be solely shopping at Home Depot moving forward.

I wanted to thank 2 sweet lovely women (store employees) who went above and beyond to help me today. One near the carpet department who went out of her way to help me find carpet for my patio, and the other who helped me load my car (store pickup) Great Customer Service

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT under ANY circumstance purchase an appliance from Lowes on Bobby Jones. My mother purchased a dishwasher the beginning of October 2023. By the third week of October she had not been contacted about delivery. Upon calling to check, she found out her original order had been cancelled due to the distribution warehouse for this Lowes having closed. They created a new order over the phone and promised delivery the following week. The dishwasher arrived the next week completely damaged. Back to square one. I accompanied my mom to the Bobby Jones Lowes for an appointment she made at 1:00 p.m. with the appliance department in order to see another similar dishwasher she was assured was in stock and could quickly be installed. Concern began to set in as we waited watching another disgruntled customer having been delivered a damaged refrigerator try to make an exchange for another one. Two hours later we found ourselves unable to leave Lowes due to the appliance center employees not knowing how to proceed refunding the original order and processing payment for the new dishwasher. I can't say I remember another time I have witnessed this level of incompetence. All employees were super nice....just not competent to do their jobs. After the refund was finally able to be processed in three separate transactions (including two printed receipts and one "I don't know how to print this third receipt so can you just take a picture with your phone of the computer screen?") we made the executive decision to go somewhere we know the employees will know how to follow through and literally deliver.

Me and my wife had been shopping at Lowes for about seven months, buying stuff and ordering off line. Trying to get order stuff for new construction on our house we are building. I would never order stuff online when it's a big order again from Lowes. We are stuck with door knobs we can't take back. That's just the smallest thing, other stuff we couldn't find receipts so it's impossible to return. The only thing they have done within the seven months of ordering and buying to make up for broken vanity tops is give us a $150 gift card. I shop with home depot as of now.

Evans Lowes has a good selection of tools and home maintenance items. Their garden center has a good variety of soils and ground cover. Service has always been friendly and helpful. Currently, seasonal Halloween items are available, including some awesome decorations and animatronics for your yard that are definitely going to freak out your neighbors, lol!
