Hwy 25 Lowes has got to be the worst Lowes I've ever used. Their customer service is the worst and then they make you check yourself out. Lines are always backed up. Why can't these stores hire cashiers anymore

Manager that worked returns on at 3PM 08JUN2024 I tried to return a few pieces of wood to Lowe’s, but the manager refused and lost a customer who’s spent over $100,000 there. All over $10 worth of wood! Just to be clear this is project source wood. Image attached!!!

Nice assortment of home improvement resources available; however, during my latest visit, it was very difficult to get a Lowe's associate to help me. After asking a couple of times, then waiting at least 15 minutes, I received no assistance. I noticed the same thing happening with other potential customers, so I did the logical thing. I drove across the highway and spent several hundred dollars at Home Depot.

Evidently there is only one customer assistant at this store. I called two times only to be answered and told “Lowe’s can you hold a minute?” After holding 10minutes I hung up and tried again same thing. Heck maybe it’s a recording I don’t even know. All I know is you can’t talk to anyone at Lowe’s on the phone. Think I’ll go to Home Depot as usual. Try to give them a chance but they blew it again.

This store is very unorganized and nasty. From the building it self , to the employees that work here. You can never find any help in the store , and the employees that are there are just as unhelpful as ever . Even the management here is terrible. I’ve had to speak with a manager or “head cashier” in their store on multiple occasions because of how disgusting the service is here and their no better than their regular employees .

Lowes used to be very contractor friendly in the last few years they have drastically moved away from contractor services.

Very nice and clean store most of the employees are great sometimes they are quiet and non responsive I can always find what I need to finish my project

I stood in the area I needed help in for about 20 minutes, while deciding on which door I was going to get, never received any help, went up front to get a cart came back asked for help, still didn't get any, so I helped myself, then they only had self checkout open, next visit I will make sure and clock in. ???

It's Lowes. One thing I didn't like is, they don't cut the wood down. Home Depot for me when I need to buy wood and get it cut down to the size I need. I also think home Depot is cheaper. Just my opinion.

There is never a cashier around when you need one they want you to ring yourself up bag your own stuff when apparently there are four or five people just standing around not doing nothing we should get some kickback from doing all the work that y'all pay y'all cashiers to do

Had the greatest experience today at lowes with an employee shay Walton. She loves her job, and it shows in her enthusiasm she displays. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, courtesy, and did everything from greeting me, to saying goodbye with a beautiful smile. She will be the reason ill always visit this location. Lowes should have a class, and allow her to teach other employees how to never allow anyone, or anything stop you from making the customers feel welcomed, wanted, and needed. She is the reason I'm giving 5 stars, because little did she know that im really going through some really rough things in my life right now, and when I met her it was like she was a blessing from God telling me that things will get better just continue to hold on. I'm getting teary-eyed just writing this. So shay if you're able to read this know that you're not alone, and nothing you do goes unnoticed. I want you to know that I love you, but God loves you more. Just continue to do your job it will pay off. This is for all the shay like employees. Life is hard, but even harder when you hold it in, so release your stress, pray off those demons, and know that God has your back. Thank you again Shay Walton for the awesome experience. I really appreciate it, and really, truly needed it today. Thank you God for all your blessings.
