As a longtime morning radio host that now oversees a multi million dollar business, I always look for employees that have impressive customer service! I had the pleasure of meeting Stoney at Lids Locker Room in Augusta Mall. This young man was very attentive and went above and beyond to give the customer(me) exceptional help in making my purchase.After my selections, he immediately addressed the next customer with his overly polite demeanor. He had the older lady smiling and laughing, and she probably purchased more than she intended because of his salesmanship.I would highly recommend this young man to management so that he can teach all of the other employees how it is done. I have been one of Lids biggest fans and customers for 15 to 20 years, and have never been more impressed than I was with Stoney. If my business was not in Florida, I would steal this young man and make him an account executive for my business.
