Complete trash! I have done business with them before and the experience was so so but today topped the cake I will no longer shop there I believe the are discriminating and distasteful establishment. I went in with a pair of MCM glasses I never took them out of the case for Nicole to actually see what kind of frames they were and she flat out said she doesn’t think we can do them. She judge glasses could not be done without even seeing what kind of frames they were. They never have to worry about getting my money ever again just because of Nicole. She didn’t even stand up to greet me I had to walk all the way down to her chair.

I just walked out of Lens Crafters @ 7:30. My husband and I walked in @ 6:15. I was there to exchange glasses and I received the greatest customer service from Roxy. She and the manager were the only 2 associates left in the store since it was close to closing, but I watched them greet customers still filing in as if the store was just opening.
Roxy not only assisted me with my exchange, but she also helped me choose another frame which I also purchased, and ensured that I got the best value.
The manager on duty was actively involved in approaching other customers and assisting them as Roxy helped me. Even as Roxy helped me, she continued to very friendly acknowledge customers as they walked in. I was very impressed.
Although I was there to do an exchange, I left feeling valued. What sealed the visit was when Roxy took the time to walk my husband and me out through an employee door since the Mall had already closed. Even though my transactions caused her to stay over 30 minutes, she continued her professionalism and gave me courteous, genuine customer service.
Both Roxy and the manager are an asset to Lens Crafters as they exemplify the level of service which is so obviously missing from most companies and corporations, today.

Such a great store since the arrival of Michelle, the store manager. And so accommodating! I am hypercritical (both about my own looks and what I put on my face), but the young customer service woman was undaunted. I must have tried on half the frames in that store. But we eventually found the perfect pair. Customer service is rare these days, but not at Lens Crafters.

The manager in this location is nice and all but overly enthusiastic. I would prefer a staff member who works on the floor to service me because they're more experienced in techniques to get my glasses to fit properly. I have glasses now that I have to bring back because they are not fitting properly. When I picked them up, the lady with the red hair was just present. She said, "How do they fit?" The look on face said it all. At that point, I knew it was time to go. Hopefully, on my return visit, everything will be taken care of. I know we all have not so good days at work. Just remember your customers deserve your best. You all have the best quality and best-looking frames in town. Last but not least, I would love it if you all were located outside of the mall.

I have a difficult prescription and the staff explain to me what options available for my glasses lens. My glasses will be ready in two weeks, I hope I will have a good pair of glasses easy for me to read small prints. Cross my finger.

bought 2 pair of glasses last week, for which I paid cash. Transaction was completed and I was handed receipts for my purchases. I was called back saying that they were $100 short on thier drawer count 15m before they closed, so they canceled my second pair and used my money for the second pair to pay for the first. I was refunded the rest. I have contacted customer service and am waiting for their word. The optometrist, Dr. A Tripp, was extremely good at her job though.

Roxy was phenomenal. She was patient and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and guided me towards a half dozen possibilities. We then narrowed down to 2. She suggested with the discount I could get both- and that is what I did. When she completed the measurements, there was a discrepancy between the 2. So, she repeated them. She is meticulous.
Furthermore, Dr. Artrip, the eye doctor, and the technician were very personable and reassuring. Excellent experience!
