Let me start by saying I hate getting blood work done. I hate it so bad that I put it off for a year. Today I finally went after my doctor pretty much forced me. I called first and spoke with Tabitha she was the best (and this was just over the phone) she knew how nervous I was. When I got there she called me to the back. I told her why I was so nervous. I had so many bad experiences and always got poked like a pin cushion. TABITHA WAS AMAZING! She took her time. She talked to me. She calmed my nerves. She got it on the first time!!! So Tabitha if you read this thank you! For everything

Very disappointing (lack of) service. Today I double checked their web page and also google maps info - both stated opening till 5pm, I drove nearly half an hour and arrived there at 2pm, they were closed (message said that they had closed at 12:30pm). I lost nearly an hour drive (both directions) and have to buy another sterile kit for collecting another sample on Monday. A lady was at the door, also very disappointed, who told me that she booked an appointment for today at 2pm and she found door locked. The company probably knows that there are not many other labs in the area so they can treat customers like that (and it is not the first time I had to return home with nothing).

Check in was easy, everyone was nice. I waited 45 minutes before I was taken back, and three people that were here for a shorter time than me were taken back before me. I totally understand being understaffed but this is time I could’ve been at work. I had an appointment and all. The girl working the front was also doing labs- super sweet and clearly overworked. They need more people!

Baffled at how a team of people can be so rude and dismissive being in the medical field. When I arrived the young lady at the front desk didn’t greet me. While assisting me she was also talking to the other young lady Tanequa Rhodes. After checking me in, I was told to sit down and someone will be with me shortly. After a few minutes, Tanequa Rhodes opened the door and stated “Come on! You can come back, SaCorya.” In a very rude aggressive manner. As I followed her through the door, she aggressively hands me a paper to go to room two. The professional way to do that was to call me by my name and then tell me to follow you to the back. I’m just disgusted at how this is okay. Looking at the other reviews it’s not just me but others have had the same issues as well. All it takes is one person to report you, the facility, and that’s it. You’re done for!

The team in general is rude and dismissive, I think they all need to get trained and coached in customer service skills. The more medical facilities allow this behavior the more it will continue.

I don’t know why make an appointment when they don’t respect time slots. People are seen first come first serve regardless whether you made an appointment or not. If there’s a lot of people when you check in you will have to wait a long time.

Yesterday I had a pleasant experience. I made an appointment for a lab draw, but when I arrived, my paperwork showed that I also needed a drug screen. The receptionist was pleasant and simply requested that I sign in on the kiosk again to select the option/add it on. My wait wasn't long for either service, and both staff members in the back who assisted me were friendly as well.

I went in with a laborder from cvs. The receptionist insisted that I must pay almost 300 to get my blood drawn. No other option, absolutely nothing I can do about it. I owed a past payment and had the confirmation number with me because it was allready taken care of. She said the 300 was for the lab I was getting now, not for the one past due. It's a funny thing how my past due payment and the amount for the current lab order happen to be the exact same amount... So I went to a different labcorp location the next day and she said the amount I owe was showing up, but wasn't urgent so she could still proceed with the blooddraw. And I was charged less than a hundred to get the lab done. I'm never going to this location again. You need better receptionists that actually care and listen. Not just try to push through the line of people. I'm pretty upset about this, as my labs are absolutely vital that it gets done.

Slow, even when they first open. Staff has an attitude and takes forever to do anything. Even just for a urine test. Horrible facility. Don't work somewhere if you're going to have an attitude with everyone that walks in. We didn't choose this job for you, you did. Glad to never have to come back here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Regardless of where I live, I continue and will continue to drive to this location for all of mine and my children’s bloodwork. Some of the ladies on this staff, they are the kindest phlebotomists I’ve ever encountered. We had a very scary situation with my son passing out after his draw, slamming his head, etc. These women were patient, kind and caring..to the point that I came back to thank them with cards and a gift. Instead of only complaining when you’re unhappy, make sure to take the time to put the same amount of energy into thanking those that do a good job. I personally couldn’t appreciate them anymore. I also can be a challenge to stick, and the women who have done my draws are talented, smooth and seriously the best I’ve ever had. I just left and wanted to make a point to brag on them. And regarding the wait time people speak of…I have to come regularly and I always make an appointment, arrive on time, and never have to wait long. The employees here make a stressful (for me) activity as pleasant as possible and I truly appreciate them!

I’ve been to this location several times & never had an issue. I was told to pee in a cup which literally took a few seconds. I come out & the lady is gone. Now I’m sitting waiting for 30-45 mins while people are coming in & out. It took me getting out the room & asking is someone going to help me. Absolutely ridiculous! Short staff is one thing but calling someone back into a room for lab work & forgetting about them is another.

the pretty black woman at the front with the space buns is nothing but awful. 0 help whatsoever- misinforming doctors and then being rude to patients. attitude is surprisingly ugly compared to her looks, it’s morbidly shocking. ive been warned of her but didnt realize until now how awful she is.

Absolutely trash service! The only thing that has changed is that you do your own checkin. No greeting, not welcoming/friendly, they are real nasty & nonchalant. Not to mention the reason for my visit was because they did my last labs incorrectly the last time. 2 patrons came in after me were called before me I had to go to the counter and ask how long but I got an “I don’t know” answer. Needless to say after another “dispute” I gathered my paperwork and left because I won’t be disrespectful or disrespected, I will just only do business at quest diagnostics. Zero out of 5 if I could
