Kroger is a grocery store offering thousands of quality food and household products. It is a one-stop shop for fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs. The store provides a nice, clean environment and is a great location for items like birthday cakes. Prices are fairly decent. Many employees are helpful, friendly, and provide great customer service, with management willing to bend over backwards to help. However, some shoppers note issues. The shopping carts are often loud, raggedy, and rickety. Baby carts are frequently dirty or wet from being kept outside. Occasionally, sale items like specific soda packs are out of stock, and some employees can be rude or standoffish.
Everything I need from Kroger I am able to get. Their Pharmacy works extremely well and from my personal experience is very fast. I also love the different choices of food that this grocery store has.

I’m out of town and had an issue with my online order for a family member. Keisha and Noah were so helpful and willing to straighten everything out. Thanks to them both my family was able to get their groceries and I didn’t have to worry!!
