This was my first time selling a home and Sherri made the experience a walk in the park. Once my home was listed I received an offer in less than 24 hours and closed a little over 30 days. The expertise, professionalism and good heart let me know I was being taken care of. I would recommend Sherri and her team to anyone in the market of selling or buying. We found Kathy by chance on Zillow which was the best thing that could've happened to us. She was so amazing and sweet since the first day we met her. She felt like such a real person in the way that she would guide us to problems we didn't notice and I lived that. It made us feel that she us and really cared and not dollar signs. She never pushed but was so sweet and patient. After our first meeting with her we said she was it, not looking for anyone else. She not only became our realtor but a friend we could count on. I would recommend her and this agency. We also recommend her to others too. God blessed us really well. Thank you for everything.

My dad and I recently moved to the Augusta area from Washington state. Our Realtor in Washington hooked us up with Melton Realty Partners to assist us on this end of the move. Our experience with Gary Melton and his team could not possibly have been any better! First, he listened to what our priorities and wish lists were, continuously re-evaluated and fine-tuned the properties he chose for us to see. We came to town three different times looking at properties, and throughout the entire process Gary was professional, completely positive, and made us feel as if spending time with us was the absolute only priority he had! Additionally, Gary’s background in construction made it easy to trust that he was seeing each property with a critical eye toward any potential problems. Gary and his team were on the ball the entire time, and the entire offer and closing process process went smoothly and quickly. Even better, Gary and Sherri Melton have become friends! This was my first transaction with the Melton Realty Partners, but certainly not the last. I highly recommend this outstanding team to anyone who wants a transaction done right!

Absolutely wonderful experience with this company. I chose KW because of Cathy and Claudio Carrasco. This is actually the second house buying experience I have had with Cathy and wouldn't have it any other way. I bought my first house in 2010 and this being my second 13 years later, I knew I wanted to work with Cathy again. One of the main reason is because they listen to my family's needs and it wasn't about just getting a sale. It was about helping our family find the perfect home for us. I appreciate that they understood and let us look for what was in our budget and had no problem with our last minute "Hey, what do you know about this house......" They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Love them and would highly recommend them to any and everyone. Looking to buy a home. Great job you guys!!!!

While I did not sign with Sherri because of redirection problem, I did finally get to speak with her after I signed with another agent. Even after she knew she would not get my business, she offered me helpful advice and reassured me that I was in good hands with the real estate agent I signed with. I was totally impressed with her professionalism and attention to details. She is clearly a class act and well respected in the community and among her peers. I will definitely consider her for future real estate deals.

Ivey was so amazing during a very stressful period. There was never a time that I called where she didn't comfort and reassure me that I was overthinking and we would be okay. Though she said multiple times "don't worry about it, this is my job" she never once treated us like "just a job". We truly appreciate her kindness and attentiveness and will continue to refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
