Cathi Neville will always be our go to gal. She is absolutely phenomenal. If you want a realtor whom will bust their assets for you call Cathi. We honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she did! Cathi handled the entire transaction for us as we are a military family and where where moving from Texas/Michigan to Georgia she was always willing to go and take photos for us and so FaceTime tours. She was able to get us in touch with inspectors and a great legal team to handle all of our paperwork. Even now if we have questions Cathi is one phone call away to help and get what we need. Sheri Overstreet is by far one of the best realtors I know ! Just closed on our home in a month or less of seeing it! She helped us through the whole process and was able to guide us to find our perfect/forever home.

It has been a nightmare working with Keller Williams. Their agent Akeisha Tarver has no ethical boundaries and went so far as to harass my husband at work threatening legal actions on behalf of her client who is a relative of hers after our sales contract was terminated. I would absolutely not ever recommend working with her or anyone in her office if this is the kind of behavior that is condoned. My husband is a 13 year Army combat veteran and to be targeted by her through his chain of command in order to pressure us to still sell this property after a termination was given is beyond manipulative and these predatory practices targeting the military community are disgusting. I hope that anyone reading this stays far far away from both this agent and this brokerage, especially military families. This is definitely not the first time she has threatened a service member with this kind of behavior and it is extremely unprofessional.

Brandi Young and her KW associates are awesome. Kept me in the loop at all times as to the status of the open houses held and feedback from those seeking to buy. When the first buyer offer fell through, they immediately began advertising the home again. It sold again quickly. I would definitely recommend her team to anyone who wanted a quick sale.

Loy Butler was my relator when buying a home, this is the first home i’ve ever bought and he made it as painless as possible. He was understanding of exactly what I was looking for and would NOT QUIT until we found the home of my exact liking. He even made sure to include a better home owner warranty than the basic one, which will cover our old AC unit! He genuinely looked out for me while buying and is an overall, awesome realtor. The first, and only realtor i’ll work with, will likely go through him when I sell the home, i’ll even give him a heads up!5 stars. If you don’t know where to start, call Loy.

My agent got approval to show this home yesterday as i was interested, they did not sendthe code to get in and after attempting to contact for over an hour i called the number on the sign where the gentleman gave me (the buyer) the code to get in. We ended up putting in an offer and they had until9 pm to respond and we heard from the realtor at 7:20 pm saying they would present the offer. Never heard another word. I offered above asking price!

Wow Keller Williams really has some lazy agents! I'm working on my 3rd agent from here and they all just eventually stop responding. (The others that I reached out to never answer or called back) I shouldn't have to chase agents down to provide me service. Idk if this is a Keller Williams thing but all 3 tried to just send me auto email listings and get off the phone. What happened to talking to a customer about the market, building a relationship, and providing value??? Pure lazy!

I was called one night by Tonda Booker saying I'd won a gift card (we put our name in for it at the fair) she said it was put into the mail. During that phone call she inquired about us selling our home. Which we've been looking into it but nothing serious. We've got some renovations to do before we decided to sell it, and I explained all of this to her. We're in the process of painting and redoing the flooring throughout the whole house. When she walked into our home to give us an estimate and opinions on what would get the most money back for our money she immediately started to berate us for the look of our home. She walked through the front door and insisted she could sell our house for a certain number, without even looking at the house!! We asked her to do a walk through for a better estimate. She reluctantly did so. While walking through she made us feel like our home was disgusting (which it is not) she repeatedly told us we needed to clean and declutter our home. She said she could sell our house very quickly and that we needed to start packing ASAP!! (We just wanted an estimate we are not wanting to sell right now) She even said I've been in homes where the client has lived there for 45 years and they don't have this much stuff!! Excuse me, but my home is not cluttered nor is it unclean!! I have a family and pets and my home is lived in it's not a show model home! But she was informed of that on the phone way before she stepped foot into our house. She is very unprofessional, very judgemental, and very rude!! If you use this company which I strongly suggest you do not! But if you do, PLEASE do not use Tonda Booker
