Went into the store and immediately was greeted by Donnie who was awesome! He was very professional and helpful. He asked me and my wife why we were looking for a new mattress and the options that would accommodate those issues. He showed me all the options I had in my price range and I was not disappointed. Everything he presented felt amazing, but he gave special notes to help pick out the correct one. I would definitely recommend this family owned business to anyone else that needed a new mattress.

Bought my first mattress from Donnie in 2004 and still buying from Just Beds in Augusta. Bought another two again yesterday and wouldn’t even bother going anywhere else. This is first class customer service with people who know the mattress business.

No frills or thrills, Don sold me exactly what we needed for our budget and went above and beyond. We even tried to find a better deal across the internet and other mattress stores, and ended up just coming back here cause no one else had it. Will recommend to anyone else who's looking for a new mattress.

This store has excellent customer service with many payment options available. I just relocated to the area and needed lay away. Don was a perfect gentleman. So glad to be getting my new mattress and box spring for a great price too. Thank you Just Beds. I always support local businesses. Will definitely recommend this store.

Very friendly and helpful service!! I am extremely pleased with my purchase experience and did not feel pressured into making a decision at all. I was advised on the benefits of several mattresses and given helpful guidance on which would be the best for my needs. Very happy customer here, thank you guys!!!

My shopping experience was excellent. I had stopped into Mattress Firm a few weeks previous to Just Beds. Tried Just Beds because it was right next door. My experience was so much better than Mattress Firm. We were in there while 2-3 other shoppers were in there, Donnie handled all of us well. He was informative and helpful, not pushy. He listened to our wants/needs and pricing criteria. Explained to us the details of each mattress we looked at and offered his own experiences and expertise. Highly recommend Just Beds!

there's nothing more to say but DON IS THE MAN. He went beyond his duties to ensure my back problems was addressed while looking at every mattress. He also remains polite, confident, and knowledgeable. Best company and best representative for this company ever. Thanks to Donnie and the staff at Just Beds. We purchased the Beautyrest Black adjustable bed and we absolutely LOVE it! It was delivered on time and the installers were very professional. The mattress pad and sheets were a major plus!!

Sunday, September 26th - entered the JUST BEDS store to purchase a mattress set. The salesman sitting behind the desk did not greet us nor did he get up out of his chair to assist us. We walked around the store looking at several mattresses, salesman still sitting at his desk (we clearly could see that he was not busy) so we decide to leave. Sorry that JUST BEDS missed a sale...…..We went to MATTRESS FIRM and was gladly greeted, salesman assisted us and we purchased mattress set onsite - CASH sale.

Great locally owned business with fair and low prices but excellent quality. This is our second mattress we have purchased from Just Beds and we can’t recommend them enough. Donnie was a great sales director and very knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure us, just gave us the facts. Thank you!
