Efficient, no long waits. This visit was a bit disorganized as compared.to normal-No complaint— just feedback on an observation - to exemplify:There were three people approaching me to run- through the script (e.g please restart you vehicle so we can check transmission fluid levels”, & have you had your light checks performed?).Although the repeat questions resulting in no issues/delay and was evident the team wanted to provide the quality service— it presented poorly on the team’s coordination and organization…Otherwise good efficient service.

Went for an oil change. Ask can I get a window wash fluid top off. Instead a “tech” emptied out my radiator fluid and now my car is smoking. Instead of replacing it, they allowed me to drive off, just for me to get down the road and my car is overheating and smoking(very dangerous). I knew something was off when they were all standing there looking,but instead of informing me so I/we can retify the situation. They allowed me drive off. People have things to do and now I have to redo what shouldn’t have been touched in the first place. I understand people make mistakes,but really emptied out my radiator Coolant!!!!! And didn’t think I realized it!!!!!

I had an alignment and an oil change. The staff was pleasant. Kept you up to date on the process. Very clean.9.03.23Went to get my oil changed at the same establishment and it was great again. One of the techs kept updating my fiancee and I on time and getting more info about the car and by the time it was our turn it was pretty quick. The wait didn't seem long at all.Service: Oil change

Great customer service from everyone that serviced my wife and I on her Kia forte. The manager, Guy is a longtime friend and made sure we got the best service his location had to offer. Will be our go to place for here on out!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I do not usually go to this location, and I also will not be returning. Half of the techs were unclear of what was going on, it took them more than 5x to try to get my tire pressures right and I still drove off with them uneven, I sat for almost 30 minutes for an oil change after already pulled in, extra pieces were taken off of my car so that the tech “didn’t mess up”, nothing seemed right from the moment I drove up. I have never had an off experience with Jiffy Lube until this location. 3 stars because I know the Manager was trying his hardest. Will return to the Evans location here forward.Service: Oil change

Customer service was outstanding. i was heading out of town, and had to get my car serviced, your techs were fast and thorough with oil changed, filter change, service check and tire rotation. I was out in roughly an hour, including waiting on line for 2 autos ahead of me.Services: Tires

My wife went in to get an oil change. When she was called to the service counter she asked for oil options for her car and was told that the only type available was a very expensive premium blend. She declined service and stated that she would just try somewhere else. She and my daughter walked outside to wait on her car. After several minutes her car never moved and no one spoke to her. She went back inside and was told she had to speak to the manager. The manager offered multiple coupons for the service but my wife still declined politely and said she'd just go somewhere else. It was then that she was told the oil had been drained from her car on arrival and she couldn't leave.She was then told by the customer service representative that since she had been there before she should have known that only the single oil type would be available and that the car would be drained before someone spoke to her. She tried to point out that there was no way she could have know that but the representative just keep repeating that as a previous customer she should have know. This is the second issue we've had so we won't be returning. If company policy really is to disable a vehicle before customers agree to service and prices that sounds like extortion. Not sure how this is legal, I'll have to speak with a lawyer to know for sure.RESPONSE : There were zero choices. There was only one kind of oil available and she had no choice but to take it because your store disabled her vehicle before anyone spoke to her about options or services. Her car was drained prior to ANY conversations with your customer service rep., per your customer service rep., who openly stated you drained cars as soon as you pulled them in to speed up the process prior to speaking to anyone, confirming oil choices, or geting an agreement on prices.Your patronizing comment about different oil types is just that. Your store reps stated that they only had a single very expensive option for her car and she was forced to purchase it against her will because her vehicle was disabled. Customers have the right to decline services if they don't want to purchase what is available for purchase, but you literally force people to pay for your services by disabling their vehicles and extorting them. I have taken screen shots of multiple Google reviews where you've done the exact same thing to other people. Pretty sure this illegal, I'm certain it's unethical.

The team at Jiffy Lube were great. Courteous, friendly, provided me information about my car, and professional. This will definitely be my stop for services on my car. Inside the store and the shop were clean!!!

Started out not likings thus place due to poor customer service..definitely not like previous JL I've been to. However, totally changed my mind upon meeting Mila! What a wonderful people person! Got the same Great jiffy lube service too. They just need to check up on their employees from time to time.Service: Oil change
