Not so great experience at this location. I went in to purchase my fiancé’s wedding band which he saved to the profile and they took forever to find it. When they finally found it the assistant manager said they had to order the band and it would take over a month to come back. I asked her if there were any other Jared locations that could provide the band sooner but she said she checked all the other stores and no other store could provide the band we needed. I called another Jared location the same day, ordered the band from them and it was at their store within 3 days. So glad I decided to check for myself and not take her word.

I placed an order for a diamond ring and paid for express shipping to have it properly sized. The day it was supposed to arrive that it won't be there for another 2 days. I've shopped at Kay's jewelers and zales and never ran into this debacle. My advice is play it safe use zales or Kay's, although, Jared's advertises to say I love you say it with Jared but if you don't have the ring no one is going to take you seriously.

I ordered a cocktail ring for my wife on line four day's before Christmas it said ring not available in store after I ordered it I was waiting on confrontation email never received it so two days before Christmas I go to store to purchase a ring they would have in stock found a ring got first bill they were charging me for I g never recieved called several times I thought I had gotten it straight ed out still see it on my bill gonna contact c.e.o when I pay off the ring I purchased I'll be cancelling my card

This particular necklace I got broke twice. I also purchased a useless warranty and due to lack of communication am now unable to recoup my investment. I’m not interested in getting any more jewelry from this store warranty or not, but I would like to inform you guys if you are looking at other jewelry stores/options please go to another retailer.

The staff is always friendly and professional. I have been a loyal customer since 2015. I have purchased 3 of my daughters' first diamonds from them and pandora charms for years. Recently married end of 2021 and they helped us find the perfect enhancer for my engagement ring. We are wonderfully pleased. I also get semi-annual emails to get our rings inspected and cleaned. Best store ever. I will continue to be a loyal customer. P.S. check out the clearance section and get your jewelry appraised. You will be glad you did.

Folks who have a warranty issue should note that Jared's offers a maintenance plan on all jewelry. My fiance's rings go to the store twice a year for maintenance. All lost stones are replaced free of charge. If you wear the rings often this will happen and makes the maintenance policy worthwhile. We also enjoy the cleaning service that comes with this plan and she uses it 3 or 4 times a year.

I am so pleased and grateful for Josh Daniel's that works for the Jared of Augusta. I had been shopping online for a gift for my son's 31st Birthday and Josh found what I wanted and was so helpful with making my purchase successful. He was so pleasant and professional. I feel he is a great asset to Jared. Customer service is very important to me and he made my experience perfect from the beginning to the end. Thank you Josh Daniel.

They make very snide remarks at you. I got asked "So thats all he got you in 2 1/2 years?" Talking about my Qalo ring... I told them why I only had a Qalo ring, which you shouldn't have to explain why in the 1st place. But anyway my wedding rings I do have are 100 years old and have been past down through my husband's family, so they're pretty old and been sized a lot. So thats why I only have a Qalo. Even though we explained that to y'all and still got looks and judged..
