The bookstore was the fourth office I called at Augusta University today and it was the only one that answered the phone. They helped with all of my questions and were very very nice. Thanks for caring about us students!

Please don’t waste money and time buying children’s clothing from here. I bought a toddler dress two sizes too big (smallest they had) when visiting. I waited for warmer weather in my area and it wouldn’t fit over her head even though the size was still too big. I called the store and they said “why did you wait 3 months? It’s outside the 30 day period! We’ll call you back tomorrow after we talk to the manufacturer”. They never called back and I’m out the nearly 30 bucks I spent on poorly made JAG gear.

Very nice staff! They are very helpful and were honest - they talked me out of buying a book that I probably won't need. I really appreciated their honesty, they have won me over as a customer.

Like going to the airport, leave you belonging at the door, might as well inspect your shoes lol j/k. The lines are unbareable and the prices are way too high, worst for textbook buybacks. Dont recommend buying or selling to this store unless you have too

Very nice folks... lots of souvenir items, school supplies, and snacks. The cash register is some 1990's dinosaur but they don't hassle you for your phone number or e-mail like every big chain store.
