Their price was $1200 to move a baby grand 5 miles. Another local company offered it for $500 and also included to clean it. I think they need to take a second look at competitors pricing. The first lady I spoke with was wonderful. The second lady that I was transferred to was very brash. I will not be using this company for any move.

I was extremely apprehensive about the delivery of my piano. But I was amazed at the diligence and promptness of the movers. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and got my Piano up 20 stairs into my apartment, around tight turns, and the Piano didn't make a sound the entire move and has stayed in tune after the move. I highly recommend these guys. Their price was the best and their service was excellent.

Hands down the most careful and experienced piano movers around. I've hired a couple so called piano movers in the past who always seem to damage something and need my help to move it. Jackson Piano Moving are top notch professionals who will take great care of your piano. This is the only company I will trust with my piano in future moves.

Too good experience with Jackson Piano Moving. Punctual, fast, professional, kind and very friendly. After delivering and reassembling our grand piano, they were happy to shift it around to find the perfect position and angle. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely hire them again.

Awesome experience with Jackson Piano Moving moving an incredibly difficult piano two times. The moving team is very polite and professional, they took care of my apartment and stairwell as they worked and the price was reasonable. Easy to work with, recommended all the way.

We hired Jackson Piano Moving to move our new grand piano. They took excellent care of our piano. Price was very reasonable. The movers appeared to have a good understanding of pianos and especially where to position them in a room for optimal sound. It's clear that this company cares about it's business and it's reputation. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about Jackson Piano Moving. The sales rep was always responsive to emails throughout arranging the move. The movers arrived right on time and got a large piano off its legs, out of a tight cornered co-op and onto the truck within an hour. Delivered the next day by request at no extra charge with flawless precision. Highly recommended piano moving service.

Jackson Piano Moving were the best movers I've ever hired. Your piano is special and they treated it right. They are on time, very professional, fast, and they are solid with the time and price they quote. All I had to do was send the some photos of the piano and the places we were moving out of and in to. Great experience.

I had a great experience with these guys. I had never organized a piano move before and they were very good in explaining the entire process from beginning to end. From the lady in the office to the delivery crew, everyone was professional, kind, and very thorough. They even sent me reminders the day before. Plenty of confirmation by text which I like very much. They moved very quickly, but they were also very gentle with the piano, our floors, and walls. Price was fair and the team was very professional and courteous.
