These people did shoddy work, there were holes in the wall that had to be filled Holes in the floor that had to be filled, doors don't shut unless they're slammed, waited on four separate occasions for y'all to show up to fix an electrical problem and no one ever showed up. Had to call for a different company to come out even though y'all are the ones who were supposed to do the work. I've had no problems with my septic system I did have some problems with the draining system that was once again supposed to be completed by y'all but was not even hooked up. Crosby's cleaning and septic actually had to come and fix your screw up. And then on top of all these problems the first big rainstorm we had we found out at four of the windows weren't properly sealed and leaking, obviously something else that someone else had to fix because y'all didn't do the work right.

Save your money and dont apply. I applied 8/31/21 and today is 10/16/2021 and have never gotten a straight answer on availability. These people took my money and never had intentions on renting. The buildings arr in horrible shape. Everytime i called or stopped by it was a different excuse. Initially before i applied they told me the townhomes would be available the third week of September at the latest. Still no answer on when it would be ready. Dont do it. Some guy sits in the front and talk about how he's been doing tgis a long time...7 years i believe... Absolutely zero help.

They will not deal with you unless your credit score is 650+ if it ain't then don't bother because they do hard pulls on your credit

Contacted J & W to perform turn key service on three apartment units that I manage in Augusta. Spoke to someone two weeks before units needed to be ready and was assured they could handle the job description. They never came out or returned phone calls or gave any reasonings or explanation on why there would be a delay. I would not recommend them at all this company is very unprofessional.

Tried to rent a property through this company NOT receiving any type of responses!! Have to constantly call, text the pictures listed on website for certain rentals ARENT accurate 2511 cascade drive , & 2408 Baywood drive apparently have the same bathroom ?. 2nd the listing price isn’t matching nor up to date. The apartment listed in picture ISNT the property matching the address like which ONE are you trying to rent out

The boy who works here Kelyn is a childish kid who knows nothing about renovations. I hired him to do a job where he not only didn’t get the job done but also moved into my house, smoked in it after I told him not to and trashed the place. Then he decides to harass me for two years because I didn’t pay him the balance. It cost me triple that amount to try and fix what he did. Read his reviews. They’re as terrible as he is. Don’t do business with him. It’s a scam.
