“Have been a customer for over 40 yrs. Have always been satisfied having them insure my cars,and home. Paid the rising payments over the years . But now don't seem to care about their customers anymore. I was told by Mr. Brantley himself just keep up with my recites and spending after the Hurricane that they would make things right ! That was apparently a lie cause When I went to turn in these recites then the story changed ! Have had two different appts.supposely to look at my damage (Adjusters) whom both never called to cancel just didn't show up !! This tells me they have no intention of helping me out . Been told my deductible would cover it but that is so wrong !! No Deductible should be even entered in a case of Act of God .! You people should be ashamed of yourselves. We're a elderly couple and this has been a nightmare my husband is disabled and all the hoops I've had to do then be treated this way is just Wrong. Changes are a coming. 12/1 Edit review. I am so happy for State Farm insurance reaching out to me after my angry review. I'm sorry for maybe not giving them enough time to get to me. So many people hurting after the Hurricane and we were too. State Farm went beyond my expectations and restored my trust in them and will be a customer for life. They were so understanding and helpful I will never forget their Kindness. Thank You so much.”
