—BE AWARE—If I could give no stars I would , service does not work but customer service tells you that’s it does on their end . If canceled after 30 days you are hit with huge cancellation fee . Please stay away from this company at any cost . ?

Would give no stars if possible. First off, you have a data limit with option to buy data tokens. Expensive $$! signal is horrible. Was never strong enough to watch streams. Barely even worked the internet. Year 1/2 later, finally got fiber internet in my rural area. You have to sign a 2 year contract with Hugh's. Had 6 months left and was told the termination fee was 260. Almost double the amount it would cost to keep it til contract expired. Then was told that they would charge an exstrodenary fee if the equipment was not returned to them in 45 days. Fine except for the fact that one piece that they want returned is in the dish on the roof! Then they charge 200 for someone to come out to remove it if you can not do it safely. Ridiculous! I highly recommend not using this service. Not worth it!

Hugh's Net is a SCAM. The internet will be terrible and the installation guy will point it AT A TREE. Then when you want to cancel, they'll charge you 400 bucks and expect you to send the router back lest you be charged another 350 but they won't come get it and they won't come get the satellite SO WHAT IS THE 400 FOR? Also they had my address recorded wrong the entire time.
