“Clean rooms, friendly service. Unfortunately Internet TV was not working properly, I reported it since day 1 but I was told they were working on it. I stayed for a week and that was never repaired. Other than that, everything was OK.”

“My son and I arrived here after a long drive from Texas. The front desk were very pleasant and informative. However, upon entering the room, we immediately recognized red and brown stains on the carpet throughout the room. (Big turnoff), Later we observed that the sink was stopped up. After observing this, we didn't want to find anything else, we simply relocated to another hotel.”

“This hotel is an older hotel which was taken over and turned into Parliament. They have been working hard to renovate and upgrade as they have funds available and it has improved over the years. If you are looking for a cruisy gated place this is it! Nudity is allowed but it's not a nudist place. The rooms are now equivalent to a mid level hotel like nice red roof inn. They have two bars the edge nightclub and capri lounge if you want to drink. It is a good spot to host gay events. Their only minus is it is rather noisy it's especially noisy if you are near the disco nightclub If you go to bed early aka before 1am - Avoid that side of hotel. It was even miserable with ear plugs tried to sleep with towel over my ears and you still heard base thumping. Their prices are reasonable but no longer cheap. For major events rooms approach $200 night after taxes and their mandatory membership fees. I believe all rooms now have terminal through wall heat pump AC now and rooms now have laminate floors. They have a small cafe for food ( not open everyday). They have an unheated pool and about 6 person hot tub. They also have a steam room with irregular hours. There are two very cruisy play areas. You'll have to call and ask hours. Were it not for the nightclub noise I'd rate it higherWalkability: On a busy highway not really walkable and it’s industrial area. Hence the lower rating for location There not really any walkable restaurants other then couple gas stations. One does have fried chicken and sandwiches though. A car is not mandatory but helpful. Uber is hit or miss in Augusta”

“The hotel is beautiful and amazing views of Augusta. You must go to the rooftop. I ordered the blackened chicken pasta. It was amazing. I’m definitely going back.”

“Was hesitant upon driving up, but after getting into the lobby you can see that everything looks new and recently refreshed. The receptionist was SO kind, personable, and helpful. Rooms are nice and very comfortable. Enjoyed the night here!Rooms: Nothing super fancy, but practicable, clean, and nice.Nearby activities: Lots of beautiful houses, shops, and restaurants near by. The Augusta national is about 7 minutes down the road!Food & drinks: Array of snacks, menu to order off of, and drinks up at a bar.”

“What a hidden gem! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they all speak very good English. The location is superb! 2 attractions are 5 minutes walk from the hotel and overall is 20 minutes walk. There are a handful of restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel. .”

“What a beautiful spot! The hotel is undergoing some minor renovations, but nothing that hinders the experience. Staff was extremely friendly and the room was immaculate. I'll be back to Augusta frequently for work over the next year and this will be where I stay!”

“This is a very nice hotel. The moment that I walked in the front doors, I thought it was nice. It was really clean and had a great first appearance. It is beautifully decorated with nice furniture and the colours are rich. I instantly felt happy. The front desk person was pleasant and had good customer service. Parking was good and I could see my vehicle from my room. My room was nice and clean and stocked appropriately. I enjoyed my stay while I was here and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. The bartender was a pleasure and the housekeeping ladies that I spoke with were friendly as they greeted me and their customer service came with a smile.Noteworthy details: The entire hotel was furnished beautifully and the hallways were all free of any laundry and trash.”

“Friendly staff with pleasant dispositions. This location has the best lounge I've visited for Elite members in a long time! Hats off to the staff and management team! I had no issues during my stay.”

“Absolutely beautiful and quaint. We attended a company Christmas party there this evening and other than trying to "locate" the building it was fabulous.”

“The only reason I gave this “hotel” 4 stars is due to the receptionist DJ. This guy is way to qualified for this place. This is a 2 out of 5 star motel with 5 star customer service…”

“Housekeeping wasn't something that I have seen and I did manage to see where there was a broom and dust pan outside my room and so I figured that they were just telling me that they wanted my room clean so I grabbed the broom and swept away just as if I was back home as a child doing my chores. I was thinking that just maybe if I cleaned my room that I may get some clean towels. Well I was wrong no clean towels and so I noticed furniture polish and thought well maybe I just didn't complete the job... Yeap a polishing I went to no avail no towels well maybe Tomorrow!”

“My stay at the Hampton Inn Augusta/Gordon Highway was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.”

“Amazing location!! I got to the hotel and got a warm welcome. The lady at the front desk asked if I needed anything even before going to my room. The room was spotless and organized. Looking all around the bathroom I see plenty of towels and soap. The worst nightmare I hear from many reviewers is the closet or the bed sheets and I check both and they were absolutely spectacular. Not much to complain about with this hotel. Would have loved a bit more options for food but other then that a very pleasant stay.”

“Half of motel under construction. Parking lot full. Obviously a party town as they keep remote controls at office and hand them out on check in, 50 dollar deposit, sign rules to not let anyone else into room. Our room had spider by the ac unit, and bathroom door had been kicked in sometime in the past, vanity mirror was broken with Crack running through it.”

“The hotel itself was fine, except that we had problems with our room keys constantly deactivating. We were attending an event at the hotel and so we had to go to the desk multiple times everyday to get cards reactivated again, which would then only work for one or two uses at most. It was aggravating, but I understand that things like this can happen, and it was a weekend so they probably couldn't get anybody in there to deal with the problem before Monday. What rankles though is that when my friend under whose name the room was booked complained to corporate he was told that we would get a partial refund. That did not happen, and when he called to check on it he was told that there was no record of any complaint on file.”

“This hotel deserves a zero star review! Upon arrival of our family Christmas getaway of a family of 5, we were greeted with the lady at the front whom we seemed a bother too, then we gather our belongings and head to the room that we were assigned too, after an inspection of our room we found that it was filthy… Soda cans under the pull out, lighter, balls of hair, marijuanas droppings, and the bathroom was untouchable also. I called the front desk to let them know this was unacceptable and requested a new room as there were no openings at other hotels during this time. The lady at the front was extremely rude, but put us in another room, the other room was cleaner, but not by much, I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room for our stay. The bathroom sounded as something was constantly dripping in a vent and the toilet would constantly run. Every time I had asked for the manager I was given excuses after excuses. We had no choice but to “tough it out”. Furthermore, I went to do what was supposed to be a quick load of laundry took me four hours, and nothing was even washed, soap was still stuck and soaked, I could barely carry them, so it cost us another $30 and 2 hours of our vacation time to complete them at a laundry mat. Again, I asked to speak to the manager and was lead with another excuse and a bad attitude. The gym equipment was not in working condition or clean. Moreover, if we were to get in later in the evening the entire lobby smelled of marijuana and had to rush my children into our room. We enter our room to a continuous beeping that lasted two nights that has made it impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, we were forced to continue to stay at the hotel as it was booked months in advance and nothing else was available once we arrived. I am saddened that we saved all year to have a wonderful time and this is the way we were treated. We have stayed at several Staybridge suites and have NEVER had one issue. This particular hotel is NOT Staybridge Quality! Very dissatisfied!”

“There's a reason that it's half to cost of other hotels in the area. That being said, if you are just needing a place to spend the night without any frills, this is a safe, clean place to do so. It's also within walking distance to almost all of downtown Augusta and the river walk area. The continental breakfast and the pool are advertised but not available.Rooms: Older but seem to be recently updated.Safety: No safe in room and multiple disclaimers relieving the hotel of any responsibility if your stuff is stolen.Walkability: Walking distance to most of downtown and the river walk.”

“I've done some major traveling throughout the United States, but I must admit this has been the best day of my travels. I've stayed at this property three times within the past couple of months and I have never had a bad incident. The staff is friendly and courteous which is very important to me especially if I am paying my money for a product or service. Their prices are reasonable and the saying is true that you get what you pay for. I have no problem recommending this site to anyone who chooses to stay in the Augusta Georgia area!”

“The manager, Marisol, was absolutely amazing. Her personality was infectious and pleasing. The rooms are average but clean and well regulated as far as temperature and humidity. The turn down service was well done.”

“We knew we were not reserving a Hyatt style room when we booked for the Master’s week. We wanted a clean comfortable room and we received that. Housekeeping was done each day ( Hyatt hotels don’t even do that anymore) and a small continental breakfast was provided which included milk, juices and coffee. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel price was also reasonable to other hotels given Master’s week.Given some of the historical reviews we had our concerns prior to check-in. Our room was fine and we have no complaints.”
