The people on the reception desk are so mean. They could care less about my pet(s). The doctor was recommended by a family member. My daughter was told, “You bring your dog in for everything.” That was strike one. Our pets are family to us. When in doubt we find out the same thing I have done with my children.
I attempted to make an emergency appointment for our elderly pet and was told that rectal bleeding could wait until her regular appointment 3 days later. I asked if I decided to change vets would they send my dog(s) records. She said, “Sure” and did not attempt to keep us as customers. We had been customers there over 3 years. We were very, very confused as to why we were treated that way.
Martinez Animal Hospital is very attentive and the receptionists are very kind to us and loving to our pets.
We deserved better treatment for the money we’ve paid there….

Absolutely the WORST customer care. They screwed us over several times by quoting 1 price then charging more. Then when trying to discuss things they, techs and doctor, talk over you and dismiss you. Not the 1st time this has happened but definitely the last.

I came in with an emergency situation, no other vet in the CSRA was even willing to take a look at my pet. This place took me right in, saw my concerns and treated them with care. I will forever recommend this facility for all your pets needs.

I highly recommend Tribby's Hill High Animal Hospital. My animal hospital that I go to the lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that they didn't take any walk-ins on Saturdays and she had an inflamed paw from chewing on it. I left out of the door extremely frustrated. I then called Tribby's Hill High Animal Hospital and told them what happened and I asked the lady at the front desk on my phone could bring her up there. She asked me how soon could I get there? I told her I was leaving the other hospital now and I was on my way. They saw her. They even called me back to see how she was doing.

I used to go to Tribbys Hill High, Paxton had been here since he was a puppy and they would not even consider seeing him when he could not walk, he lost full mobility in his hind legs. The doctors are very nice but the receptionist would not even consider granting me an emergency appointment after I explained what happened. In hind sight, I should have asked to speak to a physician but I was so upset I panicked.A friend helped me a suggested another vet who saw him with no hesitation, Had never laid eyes on him and took us same day. It was determined that he slipped two disc in his back

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Tribby and his staff! Dr. Tribby, Catherine and Sam (in addition to the other ladies I unfortunately didn’t get the name of) took care of my dog as well as comforted me in a very stressful situation. They were sincerely compassionate and caring, even though I had never taken my dog there before as our regular veterinarian was not open.From now on Dr. Tribby is our #1 choice as he will now be our primary veterinarian.Thank you for being there for Merlin and being so kind to me. I have already recommended you to 3 people today alone! You all are such a blessing! ❤️

Dr Mark T was very professional while remaking personable. He was able to diagnose the most likely cause of my dog’s neurological problems on the first visit. So happy to find them since my vet recently retired.

A breathless high school graduate filling out a form on her clipboard hit the panic button when my response to her question about what I fed my puppy included "chicken", and she pointedly barked "you feed chicken bones to your dog?" Well, young lady. No. I learned in third grade how fragmented chicken bones can traumatize a dog's gullet. You might benefit by modifying your communication skills and learn to ask a question before jumping to an errant conclusion. I can get insulted elsewhere for free. I will never return to this DVM location, regardless of any apology.
