10x better than the airport location. Pick up, drop off, car type -- everything went smooth and fine. Plus, they even answer if you call.

I went in concerning a much needed rental due to accident due to state farm driver. I went in with everything but denied me due to credit. Very bad due to circumstances. No rental place should go by that when there was a accident concerning state farm driver. Now I'm paying out of pocket cause they couldn't provide me with car rental. And on top of that not a friendly staff that seemed to care while I was there at all

I have had multiple rentals from this location over the last two weeks while waiting for my car to be repaired after a collision. I was notified Friday afternoon that I needed to come to the office to pick up a registration sticker because the vehicles registration was expiring in six days. Because of work, I could not pick up the sticker before closing, and was scheduled to leave out of town early the next morning for a week. This location is 30 minutes away from our home, and out of the way of where I was supposed to be going. Wanting to make sure I got this done before leaving out of town, I explained the situation and asked if there was a way I could pick it up after hours, but they said no. I asked when they opened the next day, and was told 9:00 am. I adjusted travel plans to pick up the sticker at 9:00 am the following day. Here I am, at 9:34 am, and there is no one at the office. The entire thing is locked up, with no employee in sight. I’ve waiting for someone to show, and no one has come. We were not the only customers waiting, either. We tried calling to leave a voicemail, but there was no answer and the mailbox is full so we were unable to leave a message. I have no choice but to leave, and now will be driving a rental with an expired registration.
I have had two vehicles from this rental location. When picking up both my previous and my current vehicle, both have smelled of smoke and have not been cleaned well. While the staff is friendly, there are a few areas that need improvement.

This is the worts Hertz customer service I have ever experienced. Staff refuses to answers questions, they sound like they don’t want to be there and simply rude.

Came in to pickup reservation and was told it wasn't available multiple times. Was told another reservation made after mine was waiting for pickup. Called to follow up and was lied to saying that it was picked up. Unprofessional. Prejudice

I don't normally leave reviews!! I use this location very frequently! There are two ladies that are always there and they are ALWAYS helpful and never been rude to me. I never had any issues at the time of rental beyond just having to wait a few minutes. I book in advance to make sure there is something available for me because this is a busy location i noticed. I personally see them doing so much while I am there. Answering the phones, checking in customers and having to inspect the rental . Takes a lot of work.

Rented a van for a weekend and placed the reservation with my personal credit card. I had rented here before for work trips, but this was a personal trip. Instead of charging my personal card like my confirmation said, they charged my corporate card for this. When I called them, the manager was already gone and they couldn't do anything.
I called back the next day to get them to reverse the charges and charge my personal card instead. Instead, they "refunded" the charge, then charged my corporate card AGAIN and charged my personal card at the same time. So now there are 2x charges against my corporate card and 1x against my personal. Now I get a receipt saying there's a "credit" of this rental amount associated with my name and corporate card for a future rental (NOT a refund for all of the charges on this card) and "possibly" a refund on the way for the one of the 2 charges? Not good enough, that's my company's money they've stolen! They've effectively been paid twice for this rental. Expect a charge-back from my corporate card company if this doesn't get cleaned up.

Picked up a vehicle, and it was dirty with crumbs and smelt like cigarettes. I told the attendant, and she took it in to re clean it, but it still is pretty dirty and smells like cigarettes.
