Assistant Manager Chris was awesome! He answered all my guestions and had a great personality. Chris is a huge asset to Guitar Center as an employee, very knowledgeable and deserving of a raise. This was my first visit to our local Guitar Center and I will most definitely be making my purchases from here on.

I come here somewhat regularly, mainly to pass time and try out different guitars. I got a new guitar a couple weeks ago and needed to get my Floyd rose set up, but when I came in, one of the employees said the repair guy wasn’t in. Obviously I was a little ticked about the inconvenience, but what made me more mad was the lack of any kind of sign showing times/dates he would be in

Guitar center was a mess inside. Maybe because of the holiday rush. They didn't have the item we came in for, and the employee was like sorry for your luck. Thank you for making up our minds to go to a different music store and not offering to order it for us. Guitar center is hard to get into now anyway with olive garden opening up. Wish they had better customer support.

Had a bit of a headache getting a specific item from online to in-store pickup. The staff was awesome getting me what I needed and refunding the original online order. Good folks.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff in purchasing a new electric guitar, amp, and better accessories than what our son has already. I am not educated in the guitar category and the help deciding what to get was incredible!

Poor customer service. I stood in line for 30 minutes. I wasn't helped, acknowledged, the guy with glasses trying to do 3 things at one time not to mention he was replying to every text message

My husband went 3 different times looking at the same guitar and the salespeople just walk by. No hello. No other customers. I guess I should be happy he didn’t throw $3000+ for another guitar. But I know definitely he won’t go back there again. Kinda shame cause he had already spent a ton at this store. Plus apparently they did sell the guitar he was crazy over.

The entire drum section was dusty and in disarray. There was a ladder in the middle of the walk way that blocked most of the drums. The electronic kits were in pieces and cables everywhere. Didn’t get greeted one time but there were three employees helping one customer. Would not recommend

drove 80 miles to trade a guitar. got there and manager said they did not trade they had the floor full of guitars. said i should have called first and he was right but then told me he was not the one who drove 80 miles and turne d his back on me still talking and walked away into the back room. very rude i wanted to trade straight up so I would have been getting a guitar off the "floor". I would have bought a guitar without the trade but was not even given the chance and won't be any more. I have bought 4 guitars and 2 amps from this store in the last 3 years guess this doesn't mean anything. I see why guitar center is going out of business with this kind of treatment !

Constantly having to wait 15+ minutes for one item at check out. Store has only one staff member it seems most days. Hard to stop by when you know you are going to be in there 20 minutes even though you already know what you are going to get.

I've had some good and bad experiences here since they have opened their doors. However, the one associate who has always been consistent is Chris. He will treat you fairly and get you the best deal possible. Stop and in store before you spend your hard earned money online
