I bought 3 Goodyear Endurance trailer tires from this Goodyear dealer at 4393 West Mansfield Dr. Augusta,GA. Recently had to balance those tires again. So I took them to same dealer for that procedure.Mr Tyler McNally greeted me as soon as I entered the store.He took care of me and I was on my way within 10min. Two days later I took another trailer Endurance for balance service.Again Tyler took care of me and I was gone in 12min.I’m a retired Airline Customer ServiceSupervisor. Tyler is as good at customer service as I have seen. Your team should be proud to have him aboard.Please know I appreciate all he did for me.Thanks Bobby Hill

Awesome service! Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. It’s hard to find a place to trust with your car. Since I’ve found this Goodyear, I haven’t gone anywhere else. Tyler was so helpful and knowledgeable about my car and helping me with price to get me the best deal.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying for a 3 year front end alignment service. Every time I come for an alignment, after being told I was good to go, it has taken over 2 hours. I understand things come up but don’t schedule me if you can’t handle the work. I would not be coming here other than already having paid for the service.

The up front people where amazing so nice and had a frendly smile even with having over 5 cus walk though the same time. They made sure they listened to every issue to make sure they got all the informationthey needed. I had the pleasure of talking to tyler he was so nice and helpful with my 100,000 mile service and gave me a good deal for veteran day. And they let me know everything going on with my car and let me know what will be needed soon. I will definitely be coming back with all my cars and leting all my friends and family know where to take all there car. Wish i could give the store 10 stars. I loved my experience here and rec to anyone!!

My husband and I visited this location because our tire pressure light came on while driving. Saw this location and pulled up to the svc lane. My husband went into the bldg to seek assistance while I waited in the car but about 3-5 minutes into the wait, a nice young man by the name of Tremaine, approached the car and asked if I needed assistance. I told him the issue, he asked me to pull the car forward and he checked all four tires. They were all low on air and he got us back right. He stated the system would recalibrate once we started driving again, and it certainly did. He was very professional and courteous. Kudos to this young man for excellent customer svc and getting us back on the road again.

Love this location! Very nice and professional quick service! Had new tires put on here while back and today had a nail in tire light kept coming on took by here and received quick friendly service to get me back on the road with a quick repair! This will be my new place for my car services! So impressed with the staff and quick service I get here! Thank you!

That was one of the Best Experiences I’ve ever had!! The staff kept me up-to-date on my car, they were respectful and courteous, and or very knowledgeable. The facilities were clean. Most tire shops don’t care about their show room but Good Year does. I will be making this place my #1 place to come if I have issues with my car and tires!!! ???

The positive: The service people at the counter are wonderful, and super friendly. I have very little to say about their demeanor. Tire repair is on par and A+Please note: I am not one to throw out negative reviews. At all.The ugly:I had taken my vehicle into this shop to initially repair a tire. While I was there, I asked if they could also check my brakes, as I had began to hear a slight squeal the week before, which has never happened. I am the original owner of my 2012 vehicle, so I thoroughly know it's entire history. The brakes, at the time, were less than two years old.The diagnosis was that I needed new brakes, rotors, and it had a sticking caliper that needed replaced. Okay. Paid for it (lots of $$$), and called it a day, or so I thought. My brakes immediately felt strange. But I paid it no attention until a few days passed, and the squealing came back, but was worse. Embarrassingly worse. The 'pull up at a red light and everyone stares' worse.I took it back, where the tech said it was normal for brakes to squeak when new. Okay, not in my car, EVER in it's history, but do go on... Then he resurfaced the rotors, stating all was good. It wasn't. Now my brakes were crazy weird after this. I had to push the pedal literally to the floor to stop, and hope that the car actually stopped. It was actually anxiety inducing. The brakes were also grinding loudly. I took it back again.The tech on hand decided to go ahead and completely replace my brakes and rotors, again, on Goodyear's dime. This made me feel better, but within a day, the brakes were just as bad as before, if not worse. They were now smoking after a causal stop and still grinding and super spongey.After THREE trips and a month of lapsed time, I was over it and decided to seek out another opinion from a previous local mechanic shop I had been to before for a new alternator (with zero issues after the fact).Turns out my car needed new brake lines the ENTIRE time. I spent more $$$ to include new brakes and rotors again, as the on-going issue made the second Goodyear brakes/rotor set no good. There were deep grooves in the rotors to prove it. I could literally see them behind the wheel before I had even took it to the other mechanic.I called Goodyear to see if I could at least recover part costs, as they misdiagnosed my issue THREE times. No help. They told me I should have brought it back to them (for a 4th time) if they needed replaced. HAHAHAHA. Why would I do that if I had already had them replaced TWICE through Goodyear after THREE trips and it still had a major issue that literally no one at Goodyear was catching???I filed a dispute through Goodyear's customer service, which in turn gave me a run around, telling me I needed to get the manager to agree. When I would call the service station, he was magically not in that day, any day I called, or nowhere to be found. I ended up giving up and taking the L.Needless to say, I will never return. I lost time and money due to their error missed on multiple occasions.Two stars because they tire repair is still going strong, they didn't let down with time estimates, and they were nice at the service counter. I'm being SUPER generous considering how frustrating this entire process was. But after it all, I don't think I'd return even if they were the closest service station within 50 miles if I had a flat...To add, the new brake lines from another mechanic solved the issue! Not a single problem since then. Thank God.*service took place in 2022, betweenJuly/August.
