they ran over or septic tank and busted it and refuse to pay for it because it's in our driveway. lurklike wtf I can't help where it is. they were told when we started using them in 2001 but don't have it in their notes that only hours back to 2008.

The lady was extremely rude to not only me and my husband, but to the customer she had on phone as well. I would rather pay the extra money for truflame and receive awesome customer service.

I've had the worst experience with this company. I am not sure how they have been in business this long. I requested fuel on the fourth of December and received it on the 26th. They also charged me an additional $60.00 even though I was on the scheduled route. After nine phone calls I spoke with the owner who refused to refund the money and provide services to the folks living at the RV park in Modoc. This is not the way a business should treat its veterns and elderly!

I wish I could leave a zero score. We have been customers with this company for over 10 yrs and I am thoroughly disgusted by the way we have been treated. We have had a large tank with them for over a decade and without any notice, we come home to cook dinner and our tank is gone. Mind you, gas we have paid for was also in that tank. Dixie gas has been angry with us because we built an economic home which does not use a ton of gas to heat and cook. They have scolded us fo

I will not be back, worst service possible, you need to Train your idiot truck driver Kevin on how to do other parts of his job instead of being a truck driver...They had to call in some1 to change out a valve because he doesn't have the ability to, When I said something to that walking old corpse behind the counter she got mad because I was talking about her driver .. All she could say was , Well we all have to start somewhere, then I said No maybe he's just slow and walked out
