I had a wonderful experience shopping at Havertys Furniture and Penney was an amazing sales associate. Upon entering Havertys, Penney immediately greeted me at the door and gave me on hands on assistance. I told her vaguely what I thought I was looking for and she helped me learn my style, color interests, space esthetics, space measurements, etc. Furniture buying can be daunting for the uninitiated, such as myself, but Penney quickly bolstered my confidence with her professional expertise.
I never felt any pressure to buy and I surprisingly enjoyed myself in what could've been a stressful experience. She let me lead the conversation and ask questions as she guided me across the showroom to see example furniture and color combinations fitting my interests. Once we narrowed down the options, Penney created a virtual model of my living room and arranged the furniture in different arrays. Her software program and virtual furniture is to scale, so if you bring in semi-accurate measurements of your space, you'll know with confidence everything fits and works together before you buy. Although not necessary for my situation, Penney even provides in-person home consultations, where she helps you design the space from start to finish.
My items arrived within two weeks of order. I actually came back and bought more stuff before the delivery date, so Penney bundled my previous shipping order together and everything arrived conveniently together.
The delivery folks were courteous and will setup your heavy furniture wherever you like it. I just showed them the virtual mockup Penney sent me, so they simply matched the picture. So easy. Everything fit and looked exactly as I expected it.”

“Store is no longer in operation. I bought both of my sons' beds from here for a great price. I went there last weekend to buy a mattress. Sad to see that the business is closed down now. They were bought out by a liquidation company. Sad bc I went across the street to Davis Appliance who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for it. Highly disappointed.”

“I loved my experience at Andrews Gallery. Ginger was so helpful! My husband and I went into the store on a Saturday and told her what we thought we were looking for. We also told her we needed suggestions as our space was unique. She showed us tons of amazing pieces and helped us narrow down the style we were looking for. We made an appointment for her to come out that week to see the room for herself. She stayed about 30 minutes and took pictures and talked through our ideas. She called us back that Friday and we came back into the store Saturday (one week from our original visit). She had come up with a full plan for our space using the pieces we already had and incorporating new items. She was so helpful and understanding of our budget and we were really able to maximize the space while staying within the price range we wanted.
