Mike was super easy to work with and helped us through a really difficult issue (nothing to do with FlamePro) and got us what we had wanted in the first place!!!
I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a fireplace or grill!!

FlamePro is outstanding! We had moved to a new home in Aiken and the gas fireplace was not working. We called many folks who told us the model we had was too old and the whole thing had to be replaced to the tune of $6500 or more! The house and fireplace is only 10 years old so we were shocked by this! We are so happy we finally found Flamepro, and correct information! They patiently went thru each possible cause to diagnose, and only replaced the parts needed. Now we are able to enjoy our lovely fire, and it didn't break the bank! We are extremely pleased by their professionalism! Thanks so much!!!

Terrible customer service, I tried to get an estimate, it took weeks for FlamePro to setup the appointment. Then, FlamePro cancelled and I setup a second appointment for an estimate. FlamePro finally came to my house to look over the job, they never gave me an estimate. I even emailed and called, trying to enquirer about the estimate.

I recently had my roof and roof decking replaced completely,the roofing company didn't reinstall my wood burning stove pipe correctly. Mike had put a new pipe in 2 years ago so I called flampro back out to inspect it. Mike took one look at it from the ground and said yes that's not right , which is exactly what I thought. Mike came back with his helper both worked very professional reinstalling the pipe now its like new . It's so nice to have people who care about their work this day and time do work for you. Excellent work would recommend them 100 %. Good job

My wife and I recently purchased a Rutherford 42” in door fireplace unit. We came in to Mike’s store not knowing what we were looking for. He and his team went out of there way to show us all the options that were available in both gas and wood burning. We priced several units both gas and wood ultimately deciding to go with the wood burning unit. Mike then made a site visit to the new addition at our home to determine the best way to install the new unit. We were told the fire box would take 3 weeks to get once the order was placed. We were pleased 3 weeks later when he called and said he was ready to install (we were on a really tight schedule). Once installed, we decided to go with a decorative top to cover the chimney. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted other than 10 or so pictures my wife had found on the internet. Mike was able to take the picture of the one we selected and have it custom made. This installation was also delivered and installed within the time frame we were given. I have since called Mike on numerous occasions to help me figure out how to properly decorate the firebox/hearth/mantle to insure meet local and state building codes. We are very please with the service and pricing we got from Mike and his team at Flame Pro.

Original fireplace and chimney required repairs due to separations of materials throughout chimney structure. Also, wanted to convert to an open fireplace in lieu of the existing insert. Happened upon Flamepro CSRA, Mike Lantz and crew. Asked if they could handle such a job. Mike provided a fair detailed estimate by labor and materials. As it turned out, the entire chimney structure as rotted from years of water intrusion and was about to collapse. The structure was demolished and materials quickly disposed of or processed for reuse (rock). Mike and crew were very responsive and continued expeditiously from start to finish. Mike was always onsite personally installing the new fireplace, venting, and cap components. Mike ensured proper permitting with county and met with county inspector for construction approvals. Mike coordinated and oversaw the new framing, waterproofing, and rock masonry rebuild. The chimney is now beautiful, safe, functional, and no longer a threat to fall on our grandkids playing in the yard. Already enjoying for family gathering and holiday season. Thanks to Flame Pro we now have a fireplace in our house! After visiting their beautiful showroom, Mike showed us how it could be done, even with vinyl siding. Mike is a very hands-on owner with some serious construction skills. He came out to the house numerous times after work to double check measurements and help with selecting materials. From Taylor on the install to Timmons in the showroom, everyone did a great job. It was a long process but our den is completely transformed and we can't wait for cooler weather!
