I would like to love this location. It is easy to use kiosk for drop off. The time that I used this location for dropped off service, has 2 associates worked at the counter and had very long lines. When the time passed about 30 mins, one more associate opened another line!
Don’t want to say that the associates in this location are not helpful and friendly. I asked question and got answer with attitude back.

Exceptional Service and Efficiency!
I recently visited the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and eager to assist.
I needed some important documents printed and bound on a tight deadline. The team here handled my request with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. They provided excellent suggestions on paper quality and binding options, ensuring my documents looked top-notch.
The store is clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the tools you might need for printing, copying, and shipping. I also appreciate the convenient self-service options for quick tasks. The shipping process was seamless, with staff making sure my package was securely packed and labeled correctly.

I used to love FEDEX KINKOS, but I went there to fax or mail a document. The employees had me standing at the front counter for about ten minutes while the employees were standing around talking. The employee told me that they couldn't ship an envelope to a post office box and that I had to take it to the Post Office to do that. That is a lie and I will not be going back to this useless place.

The staff at this location truly take the dreadful feeling out of having to do any printing/Faxing/shipping. Mr. Gabriel, the assistant manager, leads by example and all his staff are always happy to render help with a smile on their face and a positive attitude, regardless of their work load. 2024-03: I've only utilized this location for dropping off packages to be shipped. Everytime I've gone in, the employees were pleasant and staying busy. I've not used any other aspect of this locations services.

First time using services like this and had to pretty much figure it out on my own. Staff yelled across the store what we needed to do instead of coming over to help. They had no customers they were waiting on. Little frustrating but we did it eventually. I'd go elsewhere next time.

People please beware of this place if you shipping back phone. Use anti tamper tape. They stole my zfold 5 which i was shipping back to Samsung.

Thank you to the team at FedEx for printing my sister’s obituaries. They diligently helped me to get them done and ready for the funeral. They truly saved the day with a less than 24 hour turnaround. I am so pleased with how beautifully they came out. Thank you and God bless you all!!
