The sales staff was very helpful and friendly. The prices were very reasonable for the high quality furniture that we got. The delivery men were very courteous, and were able to deliver a day early, which helped tremendously. I will buy from them again.

I got a nice comfortable mattress and a saleslady was nice enough to offer the mattress and box springs at a discount which produced an affordable outcome. I am grateful for her and others who treated us with respect and hospitality.

On 12/12/2024 I went into Farmers Home Furniture and purchased a Full-size bed and a full-size mattress. Just one month after purchasing it the full-size mattress started to go down on the right side. I called the store to let them know what was going on with it. I went back into the store on 1/22/2024 and purchased another brand. I paid the difference for that mattress. I had to pay for another delivery fee. I paid for two delivery fees within one month. The second delivery fee should not have been on me but I paid for it Now I having a problem with the paint coming off the headboard. I emailed the manager to let him know what was going on with the headboard, He emailed me back and asked me what name and phone number were on the account. I email him back with the information. He hasn't emailed me back yet. This was over the weekend. On Monday 4/01/2024 I called the store and asked for him. I left my phone number for him to call me back. He still hasn't called me back yet. Today 4/02/2024 I called the store and asked for him. I was told he was out of the office again. I just think this is bad management. I paid for a bed that hasn't lasted three months. I'm not going to let him bully me and say that they have someone to come out and touch it up. What going to happen the next time something happens again? Another touch-up

the worse absolute worse furniture store in the history of furniture stores …go elsewhereDo not buy anything from these people the prices are to high you can find less expensive elsewhere… Wayfair or something like that.. plus the service , the record keeping , the delivery service and even the non existent repair service is horrible…

Initially my experience was great. Salesperson was very informative. I stopped by on my lunch break and picked out some things. I was told I did not get approved for the total amount and would need to remove some items. I had to get back to work but planned to stop back by. The next morning I received a call stating my delivery driver was on his way to my residence. I met them there and everything I had picked out was delivered. When speaking to my salesperson, I was told that they “pushed” my purchase through. When I was told what my payments would be, it was a little steep but I do well so I could manage it. I was late making my second payment and someone showed up at my job unannounced. Long story short, I work in a business office where this type of behavior is unacceptable. Last time I do business with the Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA store.
