I’m not sure who Erik is, but I had a horrible experience with him. Never made it all the way into the store. I came in store asking if they have a kiosk. When he didn’t know what that was, I explained it to him and his response “oh I’m not hiring!” So I told him it for another store and he replied “well go there!” I proceeded to let him know that they don’t have one and the manager told me to come to their store (the closest one to them) to use their kiosk. Erik tells me that I need to go online to fill out an application. I said, “sir, you’re listening to respond vs listening to what I’m telling you.” He said, “I hear you and I’m telling you to go to that store or go online.” I let him know that the store I was looking for isn’t online at all. He says, “well I can’t help you and you can’t use ours!” I just walked out… I was really embarrassed due to him talking to me in that matter I’m front of a customer. I’ll never go back to this specific location and I truly believe someone like that shouldn’t be in customer service. I would give this store 0 stars just based off the his poor customer service but I HAVE to give it one to write a review… smh.

Extremely dangerous parking lot at night! Terrible lighting!!! The managers/owners need to invest some time and energy into making their patrons feel safe by adding light bulbs to their outside light poles.

I spent $70 and had $100 bill and the cashier gave me problems about having a big bill. I would have put everything back if she kept on about not having enough change. The ignorance of these cashier's!!!
